Thanks Anne Marie, but I dont think I will be so good over the weekend. My Son is visiting tomorrow until Monday, he is coming with his Girlfriend and little girl from Nottingham. It will be great to see him, but I can see lots of extra nibbles and drinks of course.....lol.


Of course but you always pull yourself back after a heavy few days so you are doing it right. You must celebrate wen your kids come to visit so why not have a few drinkies and nibbles(of course) haha! it will be a great weekend and another chance to show off your slim body haha!

Hahaa, well I had a great weekend with not a nipple in sight lol. Still goign well with no smoking, 3 weeks this Thursday but foodwise it wasnt so great, just ate anything and everything.

The good news is that I now have my Wi and Wii fit, early Xmas pressie from my darling OH, so I will endeavour to set that up tonight after work.

Not kept a list of all the goodies I ate over the weekend, but there were lots of naughty but nice things, chocolate, hula hoops (not the exercise variety) bread and butter etc.

Back on the straight and narrow today.
 
Glad you enjoyed your weekend Mary - we all have to let our hair down now and again - you're straight back on track so probably won't do too much damage - if any!

Have fun with your Wii ... I haven't been on mine for months!! Slapped wrists!! :eek: xx

Still going well with the non smoking, feeling great, apart from feeling fat. My plans for tonight are to go home, eat dinner, then set up the Wii and start exercising. No point in putting off until tomorrow what I can do today.

Todays food.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and sliced banana.
Lunch - 3 slices of soya and linseed bread with chicken and stuffing, extra lite mayo. Muller lf yogurt. 1 tangerine.
Dinner - Trout, new potatoes, swede, carrots.

Extras.
1 jam doughnut.
2 tangerines.

Edit to add extra extras - 4 mini flapjacks and 1 tangerine.

You're very good not putting it off till tomorrow - I was going to start a club for pracrastinators .... but I'll do it next week ;) xx
 
Well maybe I am half a procrastinator lol, I managed to get it half set up, but the jungle was on, so I didnt actually get it finished, but its my main mission tonight after dinner, shower and harvesting me crops haha.

I actually had some extras yesterday that I need to edit, I had 4 mini flapjacks and 1 tangerine. I will edit it after this post.

Smoking - or non smoking went great, no cravings at all. I still think about them sometimes, especially first thing in the morning and after meals, but I cant say its bothering me.

Food today.

Breakfast - porridge, banana.
Lunch - Chicken sandwich made with soya and linseed bread and salad. Yogurt. 1 tangerine.
Dinner - Lamb shoulder, new potatoes, swede, carrots, peas, gravy.

Extras at the moment will be 2 tangerines.

Edit, been stuffing my face in work. I had a quarter sandwich with chicken, and a quarter white wrap with cheese. 1 packet of salted crisps, 1 slice chocolate cake.

I didnt have dinner when I came home, but I wasnt home at my usual time, I had to attend a staff meeting and wasnt home until 9pm. Instead of dinner I ate 8 ritz crackers, a triangle of soft cheese, 1 packet of hula hoops, and a few drinks. 1 glass of red wine, 1 whisky and lemonade, and 2 glasses of cheap sweet wine.

I need to get my butt into gear and stop this stupid eating, there is totally no need for it.

OH bought a battery for my scales today, so I am definitely going to weigh myself tomorrow, get that Wii set up, and start exercising along with healthy eating.

THIS MUST STOP NOW.

Ooh forgot, I had 2 slices of soya and linseed bread toasted tonight with peanut butter and another 3 ritz crackers. Also 5 squares of galaxy chocolate.

:whoopass: Mary! :sigh: Pull yerself in woman - you can do it! Maybe getting on the scales will help you but at the min i dont think you should be so hard on yourself - your giving up smoking (i dont know personally) but maybe its a result of it being such a shock to the system ?! xxx :hug99:

Thank you Tanya, I know its all part of the stopping smoking thats making me need to put something in my mouth. I actually am not even craving a cigarette, just on the odd occassion, these tablets are really marvellous. But hey ho, we will get there in the end with a smoke free body lol.
