I would chop up some cucumbers into sticks, raw broccoli, peppers, etc..and maybe a little yoghurt dip to help you....esp now that you are not eating the mints. And, they are nice and healthy Eat as much as you like as well
I know when my dad stopped smoking he ate mints by the bucketload! Wonder why people go for the mints? Must be the sucking ;-)!
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I am actually seeing light at the end of the tunnel and been on firm ground since the weekend
