Oh, Mary, we only fly Turkish Airlines :) Hubby wont fly with anyone else!!!! hahaha....he has tried once with another company and it was awful, so he wont use anywhere else! But, thanks!

As for the flight, its Onur Air, so its not Turkish Airlines, but it is a Turkish Airline if you know what I mean. I like to go with them, because as soon as I get on the plane I can speak a little Turkish and the holiday has started already, if you know what I mean :8855:

Thanks Tanya, been thinking along those lines myself. I got a chicken breast out of the freezer this morning before coming to work, so I will have some green beans with that tonight.

I do think that will help, knowing I am going to eat something, and the shakes wont go to waste then either.

Yesterday was good though, 2 shakes and 1 steamed fish with brocolli and I still drank my 3L of water, so not bad at all.

Scales are showing a loss of 1lb today, so all in all I am a pretty happy bunny this morning.

Just to let you know too Joy, Aegean flights have a good sale on for next year, I got flights for June and October for £680 in total, thats for both of us with 20kg luggage.
 
Had a good day today girls, 2 shakes in work, 2 litres of water, 3 black coffees and an oven baked chicken breast, baked with 2 mushrooms and steamed green beans for dinner. It was really nice and very filling too.

Feeling positive and strong today.
 
Just an observation girls, and Mark if you are around.

Well I have noticed over the last two days, when I had 2 shakes in work and a light non carb meal in the evening, that I was pretty full up after eating. Like tonight - I finished eating my 7:30pm and I was quite full up, and I also took my time eating it. But by 8:30pm - 9pm, I could easily have had a pack of crisps, or a chocolate biscuit, or a lump of cheese etc (but I didnt), but then by 9:30pm I felt okay and didnt need anything.

Now I have always gone by the motto of take your time to eat, because it takes your brain 20 minutes to register that you are full up, which I think does work, but just wondering why that one hour later, I feel like something else to snack on, but one hour after that I dont feel like I need to eat anything.

This is a strange feeling to me, normally if I feel like picking, I have that feeling all night, but the last two nights have been SOOOO different.

I reckon you have found where you are happy too Mary with having 2 shakes and a meal..probably knowing you have something solid to eat at night helps you get through the shakes! Well done...when do you weigh in..haha..oh, silly question! Every day..hahahahaha

That is odd aint it Mary - don't complain though i'd love that to happen to me! I always feel like snacking after eating a main meal. I fight it though, even though its hard!!! lol

Sorry, I dont want you to start analysing too much, you are doing great on your own steam without thinking too much of how I feel. Jeez, I maintained for over 7 months and now I feel like such a newbie to maintaining :wave_cry:
