Yes I do feel much better thanks. Its all psychological, and just to think that you are having dinner later makes it easier to have just the two shakes in the day.

Unfortunately not this weekend, I am nightshift Fri, Sat and Sun, but I might just have a wee tipple on Monday, after 3 long nightshifts, I think I deserve it lol

I didnt wake up until 2pm this afternoon, and I really didnt fancy a shake at all, so I just had an apple. Then about 4pm I was making a ham salad to bring to work, and I still didnt fancy a shake, so I just had a small salad with a piece of ham.

The weather is glorious today, just such a shame that I am nights again, but at least it keeps me going well on my diet. I sat in the garden this afternoon while Phill was watching the football, and I wore a pair of shorts and a bikini top, its surprising how much sun I caught. Nice base tan coming for Turkey now;)

Hiya Mary. I see you are now having 2 shakes and a meal. Did you do refeed first or did you just go onto this? Are you going to do the refeed week? The reason I am asking is I have done 10 days on exante now. Pretty fed up on it to be honest. Started refeed today but dont know whether to do 2 shakes and a meal for the week or stick to the refeed plan exact?
 
Well I haven't really gone down the right route, but last week I had 2 days where I ate, not good healthy refeed meals, but just junk really. So I decided to do 2 shakes, but today I have not had any shakes. Small snack, small salad for lunch and salad for dinner.

Just really trying to have 1 or 2 non carb meals now as I just got fed up with the 3 shakes a day.

I will just continue like this until the week before my holidays and then introduce some carbs at one of the meal times. Still showing losses on the scales, so all good.
 
I know how you feel. The last 2 nights I had a chicken breast instead of my shake as I really didnt fancy the shake. I told myself its ok cos Mary does it sometimes!!! Glad to be refeeding mind, its only been 10 days but time just drags so much when you are on TFR! Went down to Newton beach today in Porthcawl and all I could smell was a bbq! Torture!

I caught the sun too.....been out on the allotment the whole day and well, burnt! Even although I used total sunblock, so not happy at the mo.....very sore, very tired and feeling sorry for myself. OH is saying I cant go out tomorrow in the full sun, which I do appreciate. I worry about sunburn and all that goes with it so am usually very careful.

Last year I found TFR so easy, but this year the couple of times I tried, I just struggled after the first week.
Oh Porthcawl, I love the fish and chips from Beales there, its an absolute must every time we go.

Oh Iris, thats bad that you burnt even with total sun block! Thats the thing with us Scots, not many of us have the olive skin that tans easily.

Yeah, the night in work is going well, but already eaten my salad, so nothing now until I get out of bed tomorrow afternoon.

Oh, that is no good if you have nothing else left Mary!!!!! Can you get something, like some fruit?? Hate to think of your feeling hungry!
 
Oh I am not hungry, I tend to use my nightshifts just like a normal day, only by a few hours later though. So at home, I have my last meal around 7pm, where as on nightshift, I usually have my last meal at 11pm, but I had it one hour earlier tonight. Not hungry at all. I will have 2-3 cups of coffee during the night and I have my trusted water bottle.
 
I suppose you are so used to your hours on a night shift! I think I would be like the back end of a house Mary! I would just eat all night!! Good old trusty coffee!!! And water...glad it wasnt hot water! :)
