hiya girls....yeah im ok i guess...was sat there, gown, stupid stockings and nil by mouth from 7.15 this morning lol...dr came and saw me at half 5 tonight to say he couldnt do it today now....my head is banging!!! id JUSt got used to the fact that when he came to see me this morning he told me he was deffo gonna do open surgery...so i got my head round that fact to just be sent packing tonight lol...gotta laugh cos if i dont ill bloody cry!! he said hes gonna get me in asap, meaning days not weeks, but even still...gotta go thru it all again was so hacked off and starving hungry i made dil stop at the chippy on the way home lol. I might ring the hospital tomorrow myself instead of waiting for them to ring me, to see if i can get in thurs or fri...i need to get this out of the way now...i cant make plans or anything til ive had it done so need to sort it...

soooooo bloody frustrated lol

i said to the dr its mad cos if id missed an appointment i woulda been put at the back of the queue, but he can cancel on me like that and nothign is done lol.......now if i had MONEY...id have had a room at the bloody hilton and 1st class service!!

ok need to stop moaning and stressing cos my head is pounding! will keep you posted

Dinx .just been catching up on your Diary . thats rediculous about your op. they really dont care about a persons feelings ,being all geed up to go and then have to go home and wait . crazy. hope you get called soon .

Your birthday sound lovely . theres some kind of saying (Im not sure if I have it right ) that your friends make up for your family . Lovely that she thought so much of you. All the best with op love .

thanks ladies...well I rang the hospital because I didnt want to sit and wait for a call that wasnt likely to happen, so anyway, the guy knew about it and said the next list my dr has for ops is the 27th of Sept...but its full and he has to now speak tot he dr again and see if he can move someone so I get a slot. Now im left feeling bad because it looks like Ill be taking someone elses place...catch 22!

He is ognna get back to me and let me know whats gonna happen.
I had planned on being laid up recovering on my birthday, but I can go shopping and have a chinese buffet for lunch...so thats exactly what im gonna do...

Mich...the saying is spot on...I have all I need, my son, my dil and their 2 gorgeous little boys, and a few real, proper friends. that and my minimates....Im happy

yesterday ended up being a really nice day...me and dil went into town and had some lunch, then chilled out at home.
Didnt point anything yesterday but back on it today.....

That hospital is absolute rubbish! but like u say atleast u've got another day now lets just hope the same thing doesnt happen!!

Just been shopping and bought some special k mini bites, they are lil treat size bags of choccy crispy things...thought id give them a go as they are only 1.5 a bag...and OMG they are lushhhhhhhhhhhh

well this morning sees a sts for me...and considering the week ive had im genuinely pleased with that. Was fully expecting to gain as it was my Birthday and although I celebrated it last sunday, I also pigged out on Weds ( the proper day) as I wasnt in hossie.....so a sts is fab Am skint now so will be living on ww meals and lots of veg and salad this week lol...so should deffo see a nice loss next week

Going with dil to get the boys some shoes fitted today, then having a nice roast tonight. Dont point weigh day but I know Ill be wellwithin today as dil makes a wicked low point roast

Hope the sun is shining on everyone today, its out here and blue skies.....a coupl eof months too late but there ya go!!! have a good'un

Wa hooo well done hun!! Bet you're well happy as you had nice food on Sun and Wed this week. Excellent Glad the sun is out and shining at your end, hope it keeps it up! The special k bites sound yummy, will have to try them. I bought some choc and mint special k bars yesterday, looking forward to trying them have a lovely day and enjoy your roast xx
