Ah I don't think I'll lose this week, I'll probably gain as that's pretty normal when refeeding from ketosis. It's not fat though it's just your cells replenishing stores of water and glycogen which weighs more, about 4lbs is average to gain, I was planning on being very active this week but I've been too busy with kids and holiday sorting to really do anything so I'll probably just gain the 4 as expected. I'm not really fussed though as I know it's not fat going on just fluid. Then again who knows! Might get a shock. I've not really stuck to te official refeed just done my own thing too to make it more SW friendly xx
 
Oh dear. Massive sugar binge last night. Can't explain it but no amount of sugar did the trick. Not going to beat myself up though just get back on track today, 100% step up the exercise and look at it as a way of boosting my metabolism with that certain unpredictability that stops it from slowing down! (gulp)

I'm being good so far ladies!

Been shopping and I have speed soup and a veggie one just for the odd red day this week.

Still debating whether to go to class on tues and have that extra push before hols in less than 4 weeks!

At least it's starting well as planned, sitting down to a nice cup of cranberry tea. X
 
morning girlies

back from hols, had a wonderful time but feel so blurgh after eating crap over the week, can't wait to get loads of fruit back into my system, my body is craving it.... plus I had too much in the way of carbs which I had cut down on which make me feel urghhh so I'm going back to cutting down those plus cutting out a lot of wheat and dairy again.

Put on 6lb but I'm not too worried I know it'll come off once I'm back on plan, I lost 1lb of it since Friday, so I'll give myself two weeks of SW to get it off then start my next goal, 10lb by Christmas.

Feeling crappy today too much wine last night, so I'm going to try and be alcohol free for the rest of the month, good for my syns and it stops me having the wine munchies ;)

Red day today me thinks and plenty of lemons

Right coffee breakfast and a catch up on what you good ladies have been up to :)
 
Well we've spent the last few days rebudgeting and sorting out the garden so lots of exercise in and we know how much we have to spend. Having a completely free lentil and veg curry tonight hubby made up. Yummy. Turning having no money into bit of a game, how little can we spend and still eat well. Hoping motivation lasts.

WI tomorrow morning hope I've managed to keep off at least a few of the 7lbs I"ve lost this week.

I am feeling horrid two after spectacularly falling off the rails yesterday and today. Let's put our best foot forwards tomorrow and get back on track!

Well done you are putting me to shame! Need to take a leaf out of your book. I am back at work tomorrow having had a week off so not feeling so chuffed about having to go back.

Which bit, garden or budget?

It was I was really surprised as I'm not usually a lentil fan.

We went blackberrying with the kids as well so turned some of those into muffins.

I made a pea and mint soup for our dinner last night! Cheapest meal I've cooked for a while as we had everything in and used mint from the garden! Just onion, celery, garlic, stock cubes, peas, add mint at end and blitz! Ready in 20mins too! X
 
Oooh the curry and soup both sound lovely :) Way too hot to contemplate actually eating some myself though!! :p Slightly jealous of the mint too as I'm meant to be making mojitos but have no mint... Might just make some new cocktail with lemons and vodka and... something... :p Going to karaoke tonight! Quite excited, never done it before and it means I get to spend the night with my favourite girls :)

I'm interested to see what my weight is like on my WI tomorrow morning, and whether calorie counting is working for me or I need to get back on SW! xx

So hungry today even though I've eaten well, glad that I ate all my Sunday roast now even though I wasn't hungry at the time else I'd be feeling worse..

Still got 250 calories, hex's and syns left so it won't be too bad, think I'll make free soup for supper with fruit and porridge afterwards...

I'm in! I was really craving a chippy meal so got prob the worst one I could get! Fried chicken in ok sauce! But I was craving it so it's out of my system now! Plus I only had half with half of the boiled rice my brother had the other half! Once upon a time I'd get fried rice, chips, spring rolls, prawn toast n prawn crackers too so I've deffo changed how I eat!
I've been so good this week and hadn't used any syns so it's not so bad!
I've been minding my God-Daughter so she got a cheese burger with chips...age only ate half of the burger...guess who ate the rest?! I'm so angry with myself!! Oh well draw a line under that n start again tomorro! Hope I haven't ruined my whole week!!
