It happens to everyone at some point. 1lb is nothing, it's not like it's a stone. As you say, you know what to do. Every time I think I need something to eat, I down a pint of water, sometimes does the trick! If you feel yourself heading to the kitchen, come on here and shout! Distraction is key!! You'll be ok, it will work x

Glad the diet went well though, every cloud and all that ... Wish I could say the same!
Today I am cc because I feel slightly out of control with free food, which makes me feel slightly insecure.
It is lovely to receive compliments on weight loss and recognition of all your hard work. Gives you a real boost and spurs you on.

Anyway, I did the SHRED this morning for the first proper time. I started off with full jumping jacks but then did half jacks. Gave up at the point where the lunges with weights started. How did I do Charl?
