what a big bunch of bullies!!! lol

i shall wi tomorrow morning but feeling big, fat and ugly today...

Well you're WRONG!!! We're a fab bunch of bullies ;)
And most importantly, you are beautiful and strong and soooo supportive to all of us that we want to see you succeed now you've done so well to get back on the wagon and lose so much in the first few weeks back on plan.
So what if you gain a pound? It will come off again in no time if you stick with us :)

Deep breath...I stayed the same, which I am so lucky to have done but I am so p***ed off with myself for being so easily talked into cheating by paul, i have lost 5 days of 100% for the sake of a nasty pizza, greasy garlic bread and cold chips! Am so mad I could punch my head in. So I am not in the 13's! If I don't fit into my wedding dress on 11th april its my own stupid fat fault!

Onwards...Week 4, am tucking into a delicious bowl of BritMum's pasta, will post pic later ... but it is so good!

Loads of exercise today, speed walked home with buggy for 35 mins and have spent all afternoon lugging furniture around as i have a new sofa and armchair

bad news...meg made some lovely "healthy" biscuits at cookery school this evening, they are oats and honey, no sugar, fed noah the chocolate drops in them, had 2, so gonna go over syns today but claw back some tomorrow

not sure how much i will be around this week as tomorrow is D day

thanks for all your fantastic support and I do love my online buddies so much xxx

A friend posted this on facebook and I thought I would share it with all you mums, mums to be and future mums:

I've carried my children within my body.
Slept with babies on my chest.
I've kissed boo boos and mended broken hearts.
I've been puked on, peed on,
and spent sleepless nights in the rocking chair.
But I wouldn't have it any other way.
My body isn't magazine perfect,
but when I look in the mirror I see a MUM,
and there is no greater honor...

Congrats on your STS... Oh and on nearly making me cry with that last post!
Here's to a fantastic week!

well done!

Hey lovely Donna,

--------------------------------------

That line is under last week, new week now, get back on them 100% days honey and you will get a great loss next week. Those 5 100% days last week will still be hiding under the pizza so add them onto 7 good days this week and you will be fine and dandy!

Go donna :party0011:!

Well done on the STS and good luck for today!
Don't be too hard on yourself (it's part of life to have these ups and downs). The important thing is you are back on track :)

Exercise: 1hr walk! Speed walked home with pram today, omg i could feel the lower part of my stomach contracting - must try and do this more often
Job of the Day: i completely moved all my living room around for about 3 hours yesterday, worked up a sweat without even trying!
Is this a non-scale-victory? - i have noticed my t-shirts are baggy around the neck, at first i thought it was a bit of dodgy ironing but none of my t-shirts fit properly this week, also looser around the tummy!

Will My Crash Diet Kill Me?, Channel 4
is anybody watching this, I am shocked, they followed 3 diets, cambridge, cabbage and maple syrup, unless i am mistaken they all lost around 28lbs, and they were celebrating the loss almost glamourising crash dieting which is so harmful to your health and body!

Well done Donna on your STS. I'm so pleased for you. Glad you are back on track and loving your NSV.
