I really want to start swimming along side running but its getting out another night a week could always go with little one but its not quite the same as we have to take it in turns to have a proper swim and neither of us end up swimming as much as we'd like

Emsie - I used to go to zumba 3 times a week, then I crushed a nerve in my foot and I also got plantar fascitis which is very painful, had to have phsyio for months and now im scared to try it again :-(
