DYJLIW you've had such an emotional (but happy emotional) afternoon, little one has come out with some heartbreakingly adorable things while he's been poorly, watched Nativity for the first time and can't believe I haven't seen it before and best of all got to see all the things little one has made for Christmas

and best best best of all, little one seems to be picking up so fingers crossed he'll have a good sleep tonight and be better for the morning

DYJLIW you manage to stay totally in control at the office Christmas buffet this lunch time. Everyone brought in different things: quiche, pizza, pasta salads, pastries, crisps, dip, mini cheddars, mince pies, christmas cake, a chocolate fountain. . .

I stuck with my SW quiche and the hummus I'd made, along with vegetable crudites. Some fruit kebabs (pineapple, apple and grapes) and a couple of chocolate fingers (3 syns) and a milky way celebration (2 syns). How to do a buffet in 5 Syns And I'm absolutely stuffed to the brim!! Woop!

Well done! I avoided all the office snacks today after a bad couple of days, was really proud of myself and then... the boss bought us pizza express for lunch! Which was lovely but totally off plan! Oh dear :/

India Premier League, it's a cricket tournement held in India, OH loves cricket & wanted to go for so long, I love India but not too fussed about cricket. We were supposed to be going on our 25th anniversary special trip next year, but we can't afford to for a few years, so we're sort of treating ourselves. It should be so much fun.

Oh wow that will be fab! I quite agree about India (never been but would love too one day!) but not cricket! (snore!) Have you booked it yet? If so when/where are you going?

Oh I will thank you. At the moment I'm just working out where we are flying to and the cheapest way to do it. OH works on the railway so we get a limited amount of free travel, so we can fly from Heathrow if the flights are much cheaper.
