Well, it's been a pretty uneventful week, although entirely on plan, so hopefully I will see a loss at WI tomorrow. I did have one good point to the week - I'd encouraged a friend I don't see very often to try Sw when she was moaning about her weight a few weeks ago - saw her today and she's lost 9lbs in 4 weeks, just by following the diet plan in the magazine - well done her!
