EASTER CHALLENGE

Only 13 weeks til Good Friday OK! Didn't realise that so hopefully I will be at my first goal of 11 stone before then
To get to 11st I need to lose 35lbs so I am going to put 40lbs as my Easter goal and aim to lose 3lb a week.

I'm on day four - is it nearly easter yet? ha ha only 66 days to go ho ho ho ho

I think ketosis has arrived!!! I'm no longer starving all the time is that the way it feels?

Finally kicked in properly tonight at about 6pm

BRILLIANT!!! first time I've done this and thank goodness the first four days are done
