Today's food

Breakfast- porridge blueberries and honey . Hexb and 1 syn

Lunch- wm roll ( syns) with ham. Tomatoes. Melon, banana, cherries

Tea- bacon salad with lots of beetroot!

Still no food shop but surviving!

Doing an 8.30-3.30 shift today so that's nice. And also my time of the month has returned! With pains :(
 
Yep. But we're not classing it as my last ever day. As I'm staying on the books to cover shifts every now and again . But at least that will be by choice!
 
Haha yeah :) I'm ready for a new challenge :) I will keep in touch here. Just itching to start a new chapter ( on more money! Hehe)
 
They are not my bbq..but I will try! It's also the wine too . I know it's my choice to drink. Next week my fast days are Monday and weds. I will pull it back through August. And I'm thinking of joining the gym in a couple of weeks too!

And morning! Weighed in today at 9.1 and 1/2 so not too bad considering how much I've drank this weekend!!!

Fast day

No breakfast

Lunch- salad.
50g gherkin 34cal
100g lettuce ( I dint think il actually use 100g though!) 15
8 cherry toms 27
Cucumber 10
Seafood sticks X2 32 cal
Lighter than light mayo 10

Salad of 128 calories

Tea- veg curry working out as 170 cal

Jelly 10 cal
Hot choc 40

Total of 348 so will have a snack this afternoon
