Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Arh no. We can sort it out this week!
I've used half a red onion, couple of mushrooms, courgette, small carrot, few peas, cauliflower then a tin of chopped toms, garlic and curry spices. Is that similar to yours?

I'm waiting till 8.30 for my hot chocolate lol. And I'm sure I have enough cals to munch on a carrot as I never had that snack. How have you coped today ? Apologies if you've already said in your diary..heading there now
 
Yey! I can eat today!!! Omg getting up at 5 am sucks :(

Food for today

Breakfast- muller light greek and banana and cereal.

Lunch- I'm staggering my lunch throughout the afternoon as im not home till 8 o clock :( I have a big potato salad with extra light mayo,,boiled eggs, seafood sticks and a pack of space raiders. I have a mug shot incase I'm starving.

Tea- sausage and buttee bean casserole again. Yummm. Two weight watchers sausages.

Lots of coffee to get me through so milk as hexa and cereal as hexb

I feel fine! Going to wait a bit longer for my lunch today.
I think I've just broke the peoples door who I'm babysitting for :( it won't shut! Means I'm house bound till 7.30! Not to mention they may be angry!!
 
Morning!
Weighing in at 8.12 and 3/4 today! Yes! Although not to put a downer on things I'm only doing one proper fast day next week and two low cal days instead so don't want to put back on :/ but I understand this could be a slow process.
Treating hubby to an Indian Saturday night but other than that things should be on plan!

Second fast day of this week today so plans are.

Lunch- one boiled egg and salad 155 cals

Tea- mushroom stroganoff with courgetti 212 cal

Plus hot choc 40
Jelly 10

Leaves me with about 50 in case I'm hungry later
