Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

No broken doors :)
I'm half happy with today, half disappointed. I'm happy as it's a fast day and I've actually been and exercised! I have not been able to manage it before other than a short dog walk due to feeling shaky lightheaded and headache! But I started my c25k today. I'm disappointed as I was rubbish! I feel so unfit :((( and lazy and energy less! It felt like I was out for ages. The 5 min walk seemed to last forever and I'm sure the 60 second run ( of which I managed 1 of before ending the app) was more than 60 seconds! Maybe I'm bored of running? I'm going to make sure I get a few walking miles in tomorrow with the pushchair at work to get some more body magic in. I feel pants and wobbly and crappie :(
 
I just have no motivation. I'm so hungry had tea now I just wanna eat loads of crap! Pics uploaded anyway.

Today's plan-

Breakfast- slice of bacon ( no fat) tomato and courgette frittata.

Snacks- banana, space raiders (3.5) carrot, tomatoes and Greek muller (0.5)

Tea- two small cod fishcakes, mushy peas and carrot chips.

I'm at work all day so will be having my tea at 8.
Going to take the pram out for a big walk
 
Today is very similar to yesterday's food.
Breakfast- frittata
Lunch- soup and bread.
Snacks- space raiders, yoghurt, carrot sticks....forgot my banana!
Tea- lamb curry made by hubby as I'm working till 7.30.

I fancy getting myself a treat from the shop like some chocolate ( there is a lidl close by) but don't want anything too high in syns so I may browse lid threads before I go!
