Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Hangover gone! We're out again Saturday but I have offered to have our God daughter overnight after the party so the birthday girl ( god daughters mum and bad influence!) can party on and not worry about getting baby to bed! So I won't drink and therefore no excuse for a hangover!

Thanks to reading pips diary I've decided to fast on Thursday! But I'm at Christmas Market Friday so will probably just counter act those naughties!

I hope to run tonight when I'm home....hope to!

I've just ate 6 syns worth of pringles. So wasn't worth it!

Morning! Another 5.30 start today!

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs , banana, clementine

Lunch- sweet potato, leftover diet coke chicken and salad. Apple. Chewee bar hexb

Tea- two Quorndon turkey steaks with bbq sauce and cheese hexa. With carrot chips and beans

Snacks- 6 pringles (6 syns?)

Will try get out for another 3-5k after work
 
No idea on the turkey steaks. Tonight will be the first time I've had them but will update!
Yes going to get out tonight for half an hour or so at least then if I don't fancy it tomorrow I won't feel too bad!
 
Not very nice! :( rick wasn't impressed either. If they didn't have BBq sauce on I don't think I would of eaten them both!

Morning!

Food plan today

Breakfast- two weetabix. 1/2 hexa milk. 1 syn honey. Satsuma and banana

Lunch- hairy dieters chicken korma and noodles with veg .4 syns for half the sauce

Tea- diced chicken, cherry toms, cucumber, corn, one slice of garlic bread (3?) .....This won't fill me up so going to have mushy peas and mint sauce when I get home.

Snacks- wine?

Looking forward to a lay in tomorrow!! And I may scrap the fast day :/ I'm wayyyy too hungry atm and plan a long run after looking after my twin nieces!
 
I've been really busy today and had such a busy week I've just sat down and started to feel a bit poorly ; ( heavy head mainly. Hopefully an afternoons rest will sort me out as I'm at the Christmas Market tomorrow!!

Also not on plan and I let my friend down to go running with her as I feel pants.

Breakfast- two slices of toast and peanut butter

Lunch- half a turkey and stuffing roll. And half a tuna mayo baguette from Gregson. Handful of pork scratchings.

I feel mega full still and a bit nauseous so won't eat tea until a lot later. I plan on heck chicken sausages and pasta but it could easily change the way I'm feeling. I'm craving satsumas or clementines but all mine have gone :(

Hot bubble bath needed!!!
