Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Yeah I may have one hot dog, salad and my soup which I was going to have at lunch when I get home! And no more syns as I had about 50 yesterday! Thanks guys..... :)

Thanks guys. I did have a sneaky fruit cider and then a Freddo bit I feel it could be much worse. I need to run today though . I'll be disappointed with myself if I don't go.

I actually had proper breakfast today of 2 weetabix and a Greek muller. Hexb and 1/2 syn. Satsuma and banana.

Not sure about lunch but tea will be chilli and jacket potatoes at work but it's syn free mince thank god!
 
I did. Only a 2.6k though. I ate an hour before so had really bad stitch! It's better than no run though and glad I went. Fingers crossed I can get a longer one in tomorrow :)
 
Thanks! I just need to control what goes in my mouth in the evenings! 4 weeks till Christmas and I'd love to get back down to 8.8 or 8.9!

I weighed today and I'm 8.11 and 3/4 !! Pleased with that considering my binge the other night!

So my plan for today is to get a lift back to work and run home! 4 miles but lots of roads so I'm expecting it to take 45 minutes at least? In the dark as well but I think it will give me some good training. I'm 8 k away from my 50k November challenge!

Breakfast- chewee bar hexb and Greek yog 1/2 syn.

Lunch- vegetable curry with cous cous made with mayflower sauce (3?)

I will have a banana and some ham at work and then rick is making a pasanda for tea! He got a recipe from a work friend and I think the only syns are cashew nuts and oil! Will post pic later
 
Thank you...and do you know what. .I really am! I just really want to keep going this time.

The mayflower was from farm foods. Do you have one? B and M sell it too. Or anywhere like that. It's really good. Tastes like Chinese curry!
