Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Burgers were so nice! I didn't feel like I needed the bread too which was good.

With the spiriluser I will mainly use courgette and carrot. I'm not sure what else I could use?
In the summer we get sooo many courgettes from the allotment it will be great! I'm thinking it will also be quicker to make courgette spaghetti than actual pasta spaghetti...bonus!
 
3 hours sleep ; ( I don't want to start getting back to not sleeping the night before work like my old job!! I could cry I'm so tired!
 
I feel like all I'm doing is moaning atm. Sorry guys!
I went at 9.30. By 12.30 I went on the sofa. Got to sleep about 1am. Woke at 4. Must of got to sleep about 4.30 and my alarm went off at 5 booooo :(
I don't know if I'm worrying. I don't have much to worry about. Just couldn't switch off I don't think!

Will update food etc this afternoon :)

Are you tired at 9.30 or do you just feel that you should be in bed then? If i go to bed when not tired i can really struggle to nod off and it messes my sleep up in the night

Poor you chick. Struggling to sleep is not fun :(

I find putting the radio on quietly (a talking only station) really helps me drift off. I listen to it just enough to stop me thinking, but not so much that I really take in what they are saying and I'm off to sleep in no time.

I also know lots of people who swear by the 'This Works' Deep Sleep pillow spray - it's not cheap but it's supposed to be brilliant.

Aw hope you catch up on the sleep soon. I think sometimes you can just have nights like that where you toss and turn all night, and then other times you'll be out like a light.

I think it was just a bit of anxiety. Dam thing. Hopefully tonight will be different!

Food for today will be

Breakfast- overnight oats, with liberte you (1 syn) blueberries and half a passion fruit

Mid morning- banana and Alpen light

Lunch- syn free sweet and sour chicken with vegetable steam pack and brown rice

Tea- tomato sauce pasta with cannelloni beans,peas,mushrooms and pepper


I may invest in new gym kit to get me put there again. I heard sports direct have a huge sale on...!

My spiriliser hasn't been dispatched, or money taken yet. Apparently it is unavailable ( which was when I ordered) estimated delivery is Thursday 15th Jan. Not sure whether to cancel it and find another, or hold out? Any similar experiences from amazon?

Ive just looked up the spiralizers arent they great? I love a gadget. Ive never had a prob from amazon double check ur sellers reputation if its come from 3rd party. There are loads in stock from different sellers which did u get?
 
New running bits always makes me want to do something, bit this weather really puts me off running. Is there a cheap gym you could join nearby that's got a treadmill so you don't have to brace the elements?

I need new running bits but I'm quite skint from Christmas so i stopped myself!
I am thinking of freezing my gym membership for 2 months (£5 instead of £25) and get back on the road and workout dvds and see how that goes. I've not been to the gym in ages and really don't feel like I can face it anytime soon. This first week back is a killer!

I cancelled it and bought another 5 pound more expensive...I'm way too impatient! I'm really excited though!! Looking back at my food this week I've ate quite a few carbs so it will be great to have another option instead!
 
Food for today

Breakfast- overnight oats. Same as yesterday. I'm eating at 6 am but by 8 I'm starving! So had satsuma, banana, and seafood sticks at 11am.

Lunch- chicken, brown rice, veg .sweet chilli sauce (2syn)

Tea- mushroom,corn,tomato, ham frittata. Beans.

Snacks- 2alpen lights (hexb)

No exercise again. This really needs to change this weekend!

Today's foodie plans are
Breakfast- two Linda McCartney sausages, banana, 2 satsumas

Lunch- sweet potato, cottage cheese , spinach and cucumber

Team home made tomato soup ( I'm at work and hot dogs are planned again but I'm going to bring in my own soup) I will be hungry when I get home so will think of something to have tonight. Slice of cheese on toast maybe to use my hex's?

I really need to get out for at least a walk today ! Meant to be very windy and wet though :(
