Hey! I did wonder where you went to. I'm sure I'm following you on IG though...at least I'm quite sure it is you! Hehe. Glad to see you back!!

Pork scratching are amazing! One of my (many!) weaknesses!!!

Sames ! Just done an online shop as my original plan of food shopping today seems like a hellish idea! Lots of yummy healthies...no naughties.
I'm planning on some celeriac rosti, hash things for breakfast, with egg muffins.

Quorn meatball lunches with courgetti and lots of fruit and veggie snacks!
 
Food today

Breakfast- fried eggs in coconut oil on toast with mushrooms

Lunch- sweet potato and parsnip soup

Post workout snack- two rice cakes and PB

tea- oaty chicken from the body coach, courgetti and sweet potato chips. Rocket and leftover salad bits

Going to do Charlotte Crosby dvd once my friend leaves as she is popping for a coffee at 2. No alcohol or treats tonight!

We have steak, wine and pudding for tonight. Yumm. He got me a card and a flower cupcake. We have been round a few shops this morning and visiting our neices this afternoon. How about you and Dan?

I've just completed 7 rounds of dvd . plus abs. Now going for a pooch walk.

Tea- steak, greens and chips ( naughty chips!) Chocolate pudding and lots of the red stuff!!!
 
Happy lazy day!!

We had a lovely meal last night, we got through two bottles of red and lots of strawberries and chocolate .

Mother nature arrived yesterday morning, I swear it's early though by a couple of weeks. Although I rather it arrive this week than the weekend we are away.

Plan for the day is to watch a bit if trash TV, walk the dog and workout. Either dvd or I may go for a run...or both?!!
I also will do hubby's pack ups so will be in the kitchen for couple of hours.

Not sure on eats yet. Definitely going to do hot dogs for tea! Yummm.
Will update later .

I served these with avocado, rocket,mushrooms and tomatoes in coconut oil and garlic and sprinkled the plate with paprika. Was more like brunch!
 
Yeah . Just sliced the peppers I roasted them for a few minutes first whilst I prepped the mushrooms. Then just cracked an egg in the middle, finished them off under the grill
 
Lunch - found 'pasta n sauce' in the cupboard from slimming world days, with boiled egg, salad and cheese

I've sorted out both wardrobes, under the ottoman bed plus housework etc so needed something quick as I was starving. It was actually really enjoyable...not the best health food day today !
 
Been for a jog. Not long but I went. Also completed extra abs and a few toning exercises whilst my bath ran. I've had bad heartburn today, or indigestion not sure which lol, and a very sicky feeling like reflux? Probably from the wine but it's not a good feeling!
Just waiting on my sausages to cook as I'm hungry!
