Been for a jog. Not long but I went. Also completed extra abs and a few toning exercises whilst my bath ran. I've had bad heartburn today, or indigestion not sure which lol, and a very sicky feeling like reflux? Probably from the wine but it's not a good feeling!
Just waiting on my sausages to cook as I'm hungry!

Definitely acid from the wine! xxxx

I think so as I'm fine today!

So I have weighed in at 8.12 1/2 which means I'm 1/2 up. But I don't mind. I've done lots of exercise and generally feel good . And after valentines weekend I'm not surprised it wasn't more!

I've copied pip and counted the weeks till our holiday which is 13! I'm not too bothered about losing weight I just really want to tone up. I am taking weekly photos atm for a bit more inspiration so hopefully I will see weekly improvement.

Food today

Breakfast- 2 low fat sausages in a wm bun. Ketchup and mustard. Banana

Lunch- quorn meatballs in tomato sauce

Tea- mini chicken fillets, kale, courgetti and sweet potato.

Snacks- apple, avocado on rice cake ( post workout) boiled eggs.

I'm going to stick my running gear on and take the dog out to do some bursts of running to see how I get on.
Charlottes workout dvd ( at least 8 rounds) and extra abs.

Hope you're feeling better today hun....the reflux sounds horrid..I get it sometimes with wine too!
Looking forward to seeing your photo progress..I have 10 weeks until my hols so am going to try to channel a bit of your discipline!

Oh so felt bad about writing the above post. I was meant to be meeting a friend who delayed for an hour so thought I need to do something!
I did the warm up, 4 workouts ( 2 with dumbells) and extra abs...

Just after workout and probably good lighting but if I keep this up I may actually get somewhere?!
