love the story of feeling confident and look good in a bikini I've decided to go on how I look and feel numbers on the scales can be depressing at times if it's not want we want to see I weight in sat and I was 8.13 I'm off on my holidays think it's just under 7 weeks now so I'm just concentrating on toning up tooMy goal weight from before was 8.7 and I did reach it last summer but I was still wobbly. I think now I just really want to tone up and feel good. I think no matter how much weight I lose without exercise I will always still have a big wobbly tummy and look s**t naked! Lol My aim is to look good in a bikini for my holiday and then maintain my health as we will then start thinking about trying for our first baby . I just want a few bikini photos to be proud of before I earn my stripes
Been a naughty girl already! I bought rick a pack of 'Reeces ' chocolate the other day and I've just demolished three peanut butter cups right before lunch! When will I learn. .If it's in the house I will eat or drink it!

Breakfast- yoghurt. Banana. Melon
I had a small bowl of porridge at work as my belly was growling
Reeces peanut cups!
Lunch- Quorndon meatballs and broccoli
Tea- tomato butter bean pasta
Snacks-
Exercise -big fat disappointing zero
I don't have the will power at the moment, i've been horrendous recently. Complete chocaholic. Do whatever works best for you..?
I can't wait to get the structure of this new plan in my life. I feel like I'll have more time to relax, as most meals I can prep in advance too, and i'm normally rubbish at that.
