Ummm no :/ I shared it though! I'm so bad. If something is in the house I can't stop thinking about it till its gone...lesson learnt though!
However it's made me think about not drinking Friday night. I have a friend over at mine and we were going to have a few drinks but I might bail on the alcohol and be boring :/

Food today

Breakfast - left over tea. Chicken, kale, sweet potato and corn
Banana

Lunch- quorn meatballs

Tea- something with beef mince. I was going to make cottage pie but would like to use the rest of my sweet potato in some pancakes. Maybe spag bol with courgetti

Pancakes with sweet potato and mashed banana with honey
 
I'm like that Becki it's like I can hear it shouting me from the kitchen haha :)

What is your weight goal if you don't mind sharing think I'm going to do abit of Charlotte today as I'm not at the gym today with kiddies being off so will do abit here instead if I get off my @rse that is Xxx
 
My goal weight from before was 8.7 and I did reach it last summer but I was still wobbly. I think now I just really want to tone up and feel good.
I think no matter how much weight I lose without exercise I will always still have a big wobbly tummy and look s**t naked! Lol
My aim is to look good in a bikini for my holiday and then maintain my health as we will then start thinking about trying for our first baby .
I just want a few bikini photos to be proud of before I earn my stripes ;)

love the story of feeling confident and look good in a bikini I've decided to go on how I look and feel numbers on the scales can be depressing at times if it's not want we want to see I weight in sat and I was 8.13 I'm off on my holidays think it's just under 7 weeks now so I'm just concentrating on toning up too :)

We weigh near enough the same but you are so much more toned and tinier than me! Envious!! ;)

We are going to lanzarote

I've just put charlottes dvd on and for the first time felt like I couldn't be bothered! So turned it off and going to have lunch and hopefully get something done this afternoon!
 
I hate the way they explain it every single time each workout so annoying isn't it !!
Awww lanzerotte will be lovely I've never tried there before heard the weathers good all year round and food is good too :)

Maybe I do need a rest day.
I work wed-fri though and don't always feel like excising those days as I work funny shifts with early mornings , late evening but time off in the middle of the day. but my dog needs walking and I need time to eat etc so try to get as much exercise as I can in sat-tue. Wrong way to do it I know!

Defiantly not enough hours in the day I usually struggle when the kids are off but I've just done some exercise and they enjoyed watching and they got involved a little bit too which was funny to watch them Xxx

Ohhh them pancakes sound fab too !!
 
Been a naughty girl already! I bought rick a pack of 'Reeces ' chocolate the other day and I've just demolished three peanut butter cups right before lunch! When will I learn. .If it's in the house I will eat or drink it!

I don't have the will power at the moment, i've been horrendous recently. Complete chocaholic. Do whatever works best for you..?
I can't wait to get the structure of this new plan in my life. I feel like I'll have more time to relax, as most meals I can prep in advance too, and i'm normally rubbish at that.

I've not been strictly on sw for ages. I don't like the processed foods but I'm feeling like a hippo if I don't exercise. I'm adding extra fats to my diet and I'm not moving enough to lose any weight. I don't know what to do. Slimming world is not very clean eating but it works.

My life has been changed to not be able to enjoy pancakes on pancake day. Which has probably ended in today's chocolate binge. And money too...I'm not sure. Is sw cheaper?
I'm eating copious amounts of peanut butter and avocado. Blergh.
