Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Veggie?! Interesting. Definitely will be looking at your food plannage! I don't think my hubby would be too impressed with no meat! Although I think I'd cope.

I think I've decided to go back to slimming world , trying to eat clean most of the time, with the odd alpen light or pasta n sauce. With syn free weekdays. The only thing I can syn is coconut oil, or things like ketchup. So low syn days.

Then weekends I can have a few treats like avocado,peanut butter if I need it. Without synning at all.

Any body got any thoughts on this plan?
 
I think it sounds like a good plan (also checked out that girl on IG... My god, body envy!!!), but I think I'd rather do 5 syn limits in the week so I could have the odd hot chocolate. And then allow maybe 20 syns sat and sun, or not count syns but not go crazy!

I've found my couple of 'off plan' days have ended up with me having the attitude that 'it doesn't count...I'm off plan' and that makes me spiral!
 
I thought that too jellybean, but I think if I'm good in the week , it might give me more motivation to keep it up at the weekend. I only really go off plan in the evening with red wine and a few nibbles.
I think I will try this from Monday :)

Oh becki I hope you're ok!
I reckon we're probs aiming to achieve similar things with the plans we are going to follow now...the best bits from both sw and clean eating whilst being mindful we're trying to lose weight so being a little strict with ourselves where needed. Weekends are my downfall too...so fingers crossed this works for both of us! :)

Ah weekends are hard. It's difficult fitting in a plan and a social life. You just gotta do your best on the other days.

I'm fine thank you ging. I think I have a plan that will work. I have been over to your diary today to keep an eye on your food ideas. Fingers crossed for us both! We can do it!! Evenings are a pain for me as well. Maybe no snacks is the better option. Just a tea. Or hot choc if really needed!

Thanks sweetie. I'm going to see how I get on over the next few weeks with going back to low syn weekdays. .and live a little at the weekend! I think it should hopefully work!
Going to aim for a Saturday morning run too !
 
Food today

Breakfast- natural yog and banana. Melon

Mid morning- 2 boiled eggs

Lunch- tuna and brown with half an avocado and courgetti and mushrooms in soy sauce

Tea- syn free chilli

When I get home I will have a tea or hot chocolate and satsuma if needed.
