I think you can use SW as your framework but still eat clean.

Focus on red days (less processed carbs/refined sugars) and use your double A choice for milk/cheese and your B choice for oils and nuts!

I think you're eating the right things but maybe you need SW as a framework for not going overboard? x
 
I don't find this clean eating makes me feel any more energetic or healthier though ...The only things it's done is increase my time on the loo every morning haha ( TMI)
I just don't know. I need a plan!

Maybe cutting out wheat would help with that? You're having a lot of quorn at the moment and that is very processed and could be adding to your feeling bloated and sluggish?

I need to start running again with the home workouts.
Now the weather is starting to get a bit nicer..hopefully...I should get back out there a bit more to run.
 
Yep. It's the social events though lol. I know everyone struggles with this.
I've got friends over for wine Friday eve. And a three course meal on Saturday evening. The weekend after me and rick are away for a night with meal and I have invited his friends for drink and cake!
I need to sit down and make a plan of action.
I wish we didn't have to revolve life around what we are eating and even excising...constantly worrying!

I need healthy low fat picnic food ideas if anybody can help?
 
Why not give sw another go I hear people go low syn through the week saving most for weekend would that be okay for you ??

Picnic ideas
Asda have little packs of meat

Sweet chilli chicken
Tandoori
I'm sure there very low syn on sw
Seafood sticks
Salad bits
Fruity kebabs

What about roasted veg cous cous for the picnic...easy to prepare in advance.

I don't think you need to touch any of the processed stuff to do slimming world really - I don't have that much processed food in my diet and reckon I could cut it out and still follow the plan without it. Might be worth another shot if what you're doing isn't working as well for you now?

I'm so with you on the social side of it...it's hard cos you wanna live, but it's hard to keep totally on track when you have meals out etc to contend with!
 
Becki there is a girl on IG, go check her out..she does sw completely synfree for 5 days and then 2 treat days where she doesn't track syns at all...she's lost over 5 stone and looks amazing. Still manages to enjoy girlie nights out and meals out etc, but is just really good the rest of the time! Xx

Yes . Love these! Still processed sausages though but I'd never give up sausages. Going to see if I can get my hands on the syn free ones from Iceland

I don't know if the problem is that I'm still reaching for alpen bars etc. I also want to start using quark as a pud and love the Linda McCartney sausages!

Hope you can find ur happy plan hun. I'm going veggie/detox from monday i did it a couple of years ago and it really kickbutted me into shape. Im fed up of having no willpower so hoping i can do this. With OH on cholestrol diet think ive a better chance of sticking to it. Ive also got the dvd you recommended but wont be doing any til monday when back to routines and normality. I hope one day ill be as tiny as you... thanks Beck. Xxx
