Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Breakfast- porridge and fruit

Snacked all day on fruit and Babybel etc bit of chicken too. Been mega busy!

Tea- quinoa in a tomato sauce with bacon and Prawn. Salad.

I've never had quinoa in a sauce - I've only cooked it in stock and had it as an accompaniment. Was it good?

I prefer it in a sauce as it has more taste. I needed to strain it more though as it made the sauce watery. I don't have it often but trying to eat more of it
 
He's on a works social meal thing. Not drinking wine...trying to detox from the alcohol for as long as possible! But the trash TV...oh yes!

Not sure what to eat today. Had a bad tummy yesterday. I have lots of eggs to use..
 
Breakfast- scrambles egg with ham

Lunch - supermodels with added beetroot ham tuna and cucumber. Feel sick now!

Went to my parents for tea and had curry :/ I didn't want to cook for one and been on my own all day I needed to get out!
 
I quite enjoy day times when he's at work but not evenings! I feel quite down today :(
Yep weighing in although I don't get time when I'm at work now as I leave an hour earlier! So might have to be Saturday instead now
