Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I need to! I'm not quote sure how I've put on. Maybe my week off? Maybe eating bread in pack ups. Will re weigh next Monday. Need to cut down on the booze!
 
Got down to 8.7 and hovered around 8.7-8.13 . 9 stone is when I go right need to sort it out so I go back down to the 8s but I've not weighed for weeks! I'm biking loads too. Maybe I'm eating more as im exercising more Hmmm back running tomorrow I think!

Did you run?
You're probably super slim with all the cycling despite a weight gain. So try not to worry too much on numbers when your so naturally fit!

A few days I'm guessing! I've been researching organic apple cider vinegar tonight and apparently the health benefits are amazing so I bought some to see how I get on. It's good for blood sugar levels and hair and skin. Anybody heard of using it?
 
Yes thank you!!! My arms a Lil sore but all good I'm back next Friday for results.

My asda shop cane today and they've not delivered about 20 pounds worth! I'm so annoyed! I've rang once but not heard anything!! Grrr
 
Yep! Charged me delivered my food but I didn't check all my bags but I hardly do :/ peed off! It had our breakfast in it! And juice and my gherkins!!!
 
Aaargh indeed Becks. I had real probs with asdas mega row and have now boycotted online shopping just to spite myself really cos they can be very cheap. But i do pop in for things.;)

Results are long arent they? Thought things got done much quicker now with computers. Well hopefully all be sorted soon. X

Well I'm totally ( half) off plan till the rest of my shopping arrives !! I'm having cheerios and two boiled eggs for breakfast :/
At work today so 1 small wm roll with feta. Salad and fruit.
Tea- the plan is turkey chilli but I need my beans from asda!

I'm finishing at 2 pm today as my boss is going on hols so I'm off till next weds ( thank god I need it to re motivate myself!)
