Hi Becki,
you seem on a roll mate, well done.
Im feeling a lot less stressed about dieting at the moment and Im not sure why, there will be a point where I start brying again but Ill deal with that then I guess. Dont get me wrong Im doing ok CC but Ive just got no enthusiasm for the exercise and/or planning meals. So if I lose I lose if I dont, well....shrug!
How did you make your potato salad in the end?

Good luck on the course tomorrow, is it an interesting one?

You do so much walking though! You are bound to lose. When's your weigh in?
I'm the same though about the exercise....its too hot this week!

It's the babbles giggles and words course. Communicating with the little ones. Blahhhh lol

I made the potato salad just with a tbsp of extra light mayo and half a tsp of mustard. Would of topped with chives but I ran out

I boil eggs. Peel and let them cool.
I take the sausage meat out of the skin and work it around the egg. I usually use two sausages to one egg. You can use one but I find the meat bit quite thin.
Roll the ball in whisked egg. Then roll it in smash or breadcrumbs. Bake for around 30 mins

It's thinner round the egg in thickness to a normal sausage so would cook quicker. But I like to do it for 30 mins anyway to make sure it's cooked! I turn them half way as I find they stick to the tray

Tea

Arhh half tempted for an Indian! I didn't realise this Asian beef needs 8 hours on low and I've just put it in! Can do 3 hrs max! Plus ricks not even left work yet and he's an hour away. And we've not had one for ages....Il see how I feel in an hour

Yeah I have lamb. I was going to do a lamb curry tomorrow for tea.
I'm waiting on a text from my boss to see if I'm in work tomorrow as lots of children are poorly. If I'm off I will get one...If not I won't. Only way to decide! Lol
