Flexi synning is a great idea but i end up flexi synning 100 syns a day, its not the idea is it? Ooops. Ill learn one day!

Im going to the 'dark side' to see if I can shake me up. See how i go. Ive got crazy weekend next weekend so must get a result for saturday.

100 syn's a day! Whoops! Hoping you recover even if it is in the dark side!!! Keep us all updated! You was doing so well calorie counting too.
Oooh please on the falafel recipe. Both have just been discusting!
 
Today's food

Breakfast - 3/4 tin of beans

Lunch- syn free tomato bacon pasta. Chicken breast. Grapes

Snacks- two boiled eggs. Chewy bar hexb

Tea- hunters turkey. Hexa. Beetroot coleslaw (1 syn el mayo) rocket. Tomatoes.

Just weighed and I'm 9.4!! 4 lb gain! What the hell! ! :((

Your day sounds lovely. Not had chance to fully catch up on your diary. Do you know where the 4lb's have come from?
I'm looking at a huge gain this week after 2 weeks and a bit off plan, but won't complain. Totally worth it.
 
I had a naughty Friday and Saturday night but was on plan in the days. And not 4 lbs worth of naughty! Maybe I need to change my weigh in day to a Friday again
 
I know that feeling but it'd probably encourage you to cheat more on a weekend? It would me I know that lol.
I'm on Tuesday weigh-ins which aren't too bad.
It might just be a bit of water retention on top of a couple of cheat nights? I'm sure you'll see it fall off over the next week.
 
Tonight's tea- hunters turkey . Salad. Beetroot and sweet potato slaw. Syns in bbq sauce and El mayo.

Oh Becki its so annoying we work so hard to get a bloidy lb off and with just a couple of days off plan and it just piles on! Aaaargh im frustrated too. :mad:

Your dinner tonight looks very scrummy and filling too. Hopefully we can have a better week together.

Im attaching photos of the falafel recipe, they should be deepfried but i normally use greaseproof paper with garlic frilight and cook in oven for 20/25 mins. 1404759006740.jpg1404759022530.jpg

And filling it wasn't....I'm hungry but I'm trying not to eat anything else as I feel that bad :( I'm cycling 30 miles a week. I don't understand :((((
 
Morning hope your ok mate. Have you measured? the cycling should be toning you up no end. Honestly where ive stopped the exercise i have just flops of tyres although i walk loads it dont work hips upwards...

Any fruit or salad? Do you have any soup you could have?

I'm eating fruit. Lots of grapes though and apparently they are not the best. And I'm finding it too muggy for soup at the mo. Think it could be frittata time again. I struggle with work as I eat at 6 am. But at 9 I'm hungry. Then 12 I'm hungry. 3 I'm hungry again then I eat at 6.30....and by 8 I'm hungry!???

Thanks bubble. Not measured but I know it's not tone. My belly is wobbly and I have muffin top. I haven't even found the cycling has toned my legs and I've been biking since end of April now.
I know jogging helps but I think it's really muggy. I'm tempted to get vicki Pattinson slim down in 7 days did as reviews are good and it's lots of little 10 min workouts

Today's food

Breakfast- two linda McCartney sausages
1 syn Ketchup.

Lunch- sweet potato, tuna, beetroot slaw, 1 boiled egg and tomatoes. 1 syn el mayo. Two roses chocs? (4?)

Tea- chicken Lasagne hexa and 1.5 syn for the macaroni sauce

Snacks - chewy bar hexb

I know i need more superfree but today is shopping day and I don't have much!
 
What is your route to work like? Is it mostly flat or hilly?

Grapes are ok, they're not a speed food though so maybe switch to berries?

It's flat for the first 15 mins. Then hills. One bridge which is tough and the street to my workplace is steep I have to get off and walk it so I don't arrive too sweaty!
