Morning hope your ok mate. Have you measured? the cycling should be toning you up no end. Honestly where ive stopped the exercise i have just flops of tyres although i walk loads it dont work hips upwards...

Thanks bubble. Not measured but I know it's not tone. My belly is wobbly and I have muffin top. I haven't even found the cycling has toned my legs and I've been biking since end of April now.
I know jogging helps but I think it's really muggy. I'm tempted to get vicki Pattinson slim down in 7 days did as reviews are good and it's lots of little 10 min workouts
