Morning !
Breakfast- two boiled eggs. Two linda McCartney sausages.
Lunch- wm roll with ham and rocket . hexa. Banana. Strawberries. Chewy bar (4.5) hexa on milk in coffee!
Mid afternoon snack - ff yog with grapes and blueberries.
Tea- will see when I get home! I have lamb for a lamb curry so will probably do that.
I have cycled 15k 3 times this week but don't feel like it helps at all. I know i need to add more body magic. Hoping to go on a Saturday morning run.
