Sure...I followed

But I left out the starch, sesame oil and I used sweetener instead of sugar. So was syn free :)
I added beansprouts too
 
Morning !

Breakfast- two boiled eggs. Two linda McCartney sausages.

Lunch- wm roll with ham and rocket . hexa. Banana. Strawberries. Chewy bar (4.5) hexa on milk in coffee!

Mid afternoon snack - ff yog with grapes and blueberries.

Tea- will see when I get home! I have lamb for a lamb curry so will probably do that.

I have cycled 15k 3 times this week but don't feel like it helps at all. I know i need to add more body magic. Hoping to go on a Saturday morning run.
 
Breakfast- omelette. Ham mushrooms onion and an extra light triangle (1) Ketchup (1)

We are out tonight for champagne and nibbles so will keep my food on track today. It's rainy so may make tomato soup for lunch
 
I think flexi synning is the way forward from now on! I'm going to try 5 syns a day next week ! I am too naughty at the weekend !!!

Tea - lamb curry

Going to try attempt at falafel. I've tried before but they were horrid but found a different recipe so will try one more time!

Feel like I've been in the kitchen all morning! The falafel were horrid so ended up in the bin...again
I made a bacon tomato past for pack up tomorrow. And a chicken Lasagne for Monday or Tuesday evening ..although the lid fell off the oregano so I'm not looking forward to that either! I used the macaroni cheese blended as a cheese sauce...It looks gross haha
