Sat 29th Oct - EE (ish)

I think today will be a no hope day because out for tea (OH friend is making authentic indian feast) so no way of trying to point it. So will go and just enjoy it, instead of panicking. Behaved rest of week

Tea with skimmed milk (HEX A)
Small bowl of Caribbean goat curry with kidney beans (???? syns)
Pear & banana with 2 dsrt spoons half fat creme fraiche (2.5 syns)
 
Authentic Indian meal sounds fab hun - I am mucho jealous! The only thing you could do to try to limit the damage is to say no to the naan, chapati & popadoms. Maybe go for the tomato based curries as well.

Ooh I am wanting an Indian myself now!

Ended up with some chicken curry & some pork curry (no idea how cooked but seemed tomato based -lush) served with rice (yellow) 3 little onion bhaji's & 1 little samosa. Some pork with almonds & lots of sliced toms, few tiny bits of fried ocra.
Washed down with 2 small glass white wine
Followed by a tart (could tast coconut but treacle texture) & ice-cream
Throughly enjoyed...... Lets just hope for sts this week lol x

Lunch out at Graduation Buffet so no control over what / how cooked but made best decision I could

Bfast - Tea with skimmed milk (HEX A)
Hard boiled egg

Lunch - chicken pieces (no skin) with Tikka spices (no oil in sight), chick peas in spicy tom sauce, sweetcorn, slice tom, lettuce
Alpen Light bar (1/2 HEX B)

Snack - Alpen light (1/2 HEX B)

Tea - Pork, SW roast pot, parsnips, cauli, swede & carrot with gravy (1 syn) & 1 tbsp apple sauce (2.5 syns)

It was - struggled to stay remotely motivated - wanted to stuff myself with it all.

Lunch - 6 seafood sticks, tinned tuna, lettuce, salad light, toms, grated apple, mayo (1.5 syns)

Before Zumba:
Banana
After - prawn curry (prawns, onion, garlic, ginger, yellow & green peppers, chopped toms & natural yoghurt) - absolutely lush!

How are you finding Fishy Week? I love fish - it satisfies me without making me feel full and bloated :)

I'm really enjoying it. I love fish, but stopped eating it, cause oh hates it. But funnily enough, he's not even noticed.
Hope extra good weight loss this week but will be happy with 2lb and def going to eat more fish going forwards.

Fallen in love with Tuna steaks lol x

Your fishy week has inspired me to add more fish into my week I love fish and don't eat meat very often but haven't been having that much fish lately. Those aldi fishcakes sound gorgeous and i love basa with mashed swede and carrot. Having Salmon tonight with a honey and soy glaze yummy
