Edible yoghurts?

5 syns for a yogurt!? When you can buy a tub of 0% greek yogurt, and put a teaspoon of honey in it for 1 syn ?!? :)

Yep! Was an effort to try to use my syns on something other than crisps, which I still managed to do anyway  they are great if you want that real greek yoghurt texture and are actually low in syns compared to some others out there. Ate a 7 syn yoghurt once that wasn't worth it :(

Can't remember if this one has been mentioned but the Shape delights are great too, 1/2 a syn and really creamy :D

The total yoghurt with the little pots of fruit compote are also good. They are pricey though, £1.20 for one I think! I started getting the normal tub of total and just added a tsp of jam to each serving, was just as good and cost less :) I saved syns too as the pots with the fruit were 2 syns but a tsp of jam is only half a syn to a syn depending on brand :)

I lurrrbe Total 2% natural Greek yogurt with a little sweetener and Tesco frozen berries.

Or the Irish diets!

Anyone know of a free lemon yogurt?

The weight watchers lemon yoghurts are all free according to SW online. The cheesecake one, the citrus fruit one and the dessert recipe one! :)

But they're all 'orrible! IMO anyway! They're too bitter but thanks xxxx

Are the shape delights really only 1/2 a syn?? Even the chocolatey ones????? Please tell me it's truuuueeeee!!! WW dessert yogs are alright but there's LUMPS eeeewwwww!!!

I highly recommend the Rowan Glen yoghurts, especially Raspberry flavour, when I tasted the Rapsberry one it was one of the best things I'd ever tasted!

Mullerlight greek ones are yummy for half a syn.

I love Total 2% with added stuff (synned of course - honey/dried fruit/jam/jaffa cake/half a curly wurly!!!)

I also like the Activia ones that are creamy - check the syns but about 3 syns each.

Strawberry Mini Muller Corner - 2.5 syns

x

No sorry the chocolate ones are about 5 syns! I think I fooked up, they may be called something else, it's the fruit ones that are half a syn. Sorry!!!!!!

hi legomum,

i know what you mean, you do get sick of the same flavors,
i made up this recipe, to stop the boredom,

i get 2 muller light youg , add i tub quark fat free cheese, in a mug dissolve 1 sugar free jelly in 1/3 rd cup of boiling water, then add cold to make it full cup,
this also cools it , mix yogurt and quark together , then add jelly mix , stir well , it makes a mouse type desert , i love it and you can change the flavour favorite is the orange choc, with orange sugar free jelly, it will keep you going for days , and its only 2 syns for whole thing ,
hope this helps!! the boredom

Haha I shall try!! I attempted a yoghurt jelly mix but it kinda separated and I had a freaky layer of wobbly lumpy yoghurt lurking under a layer of watery wibbly jelly........

I shall try them anyway lol the dessert ones aren't worth 5. I think the WW Belgian choc desserts are only 3 and are just as nice :)

Yeah give them a go! I like them. I Googled to double check they were half a syn, and I think the strawberry and cherry ones are actually syn free but someone with online access would need to confirm that as Google isn't always right. I've always counted them as a half syn so maybe I'm due myself some back dated syns if those ones are free :D

Don't think I've had the WW chocolate ones. Are those the mousse things? :)
