Well yesterday was again off plan! I forgot to take the soup and munched my way through leftovers and crisps and cheeses! :break_diet:

Today i am back on track. 2 hour walk this morn and food is good so far!

Ok not totaly on plan but not as bad as i first thought now i have worked it out!
I was feeling totaly pants and thinking of raiding the kids christmas choccy stash, glad i sat back and worked things out!

Have just cooked a big chilli con carne, a spag bol and a chicken and thyme hot pot! Need to make a soup tomorrow and i'm pretty much sorted for a good week!!!

Have been seriously OFF plan :( Back to it now as best i can! Having kitchen fitted so no real cooking going on! Have a good frozen food stash though of spagbol, chilli, hotpot etc i can heat in the microwave, and i will be getting the actifry and steamer out!

So glad i prepared lol!
Finding it really hard :( I seem to be starving all the time! And the builders(my brothers in law) are munching on cakes and choc chip cookies etc all day ha ha! xx

Well friday was off plan after weigh in lol! I STS this week, no loss since before xmas now, need to get my head in the game!!!
Have been walking again and doing just dance for an hour or so every night...love it!!!
yesterday was good food wise, though i went 3.5 syns over.
