Lacking superfree again today! Need to go shopping tomorrow!!!

HEB; 2x alpen lights

B; banana

L; chilli & baked potato & cheese (passata, tomatoes, EL beef,
onion, carrot, mushrooms, celery, spices)

T; bacon and cheese omlette, baked beans (would normaly have mushrooms and tomatoes but the fridge is bare!)

SNACKS; apple

SYNS; cheese=8 butter bud=0.5 extra milk=1
Total=9.5
(leaving it at that for today as took the little-un's to macdonalds for breakfast, of course they chose the yummy pancakes and i had to have a bite :rolleyes:)

Was bought the brownie in a cafe today. Did not want it at all, as had planned to have bread with my soup at lunch. I couldn't say no to it when it was sat infront of me! Didn't enjoy it at all and spent the rest of the day annoyed about eating it! I shared it with the baby so shaved a few syns off. Still over for the day yet again. Its not been a good week! But, i am proud of my weight loss so far and a STS or gain on friday will not stop me striving to reach my goal. One week out of my life is nothing :) I can do this!!!!
 
Reading your diary Chun-ky so reminds me of myself with eating habits and the inability to ignore that wonderful calorie laden goodie under my nose. You are inspiring and your weekly losses are fab! Well done x
 
Thanks Sharry :) My will power in the supermarket it iron! But whenever someone puts the food infront of me i just cant resist it! Need to work on that lol. Looks like you are doing fab with the weight loss also. We will do it x

Made the mistake of going shopping before eating breakfast this morn so ended up scoffing 2 bags of special k things! And bro and sis in law buying us a chinese and dvd tonight. AAaannnd i have already used 12.5 syns so far. Its only midday :eek:

B; special k mini breaks, banana

L; soup (parsnip, crown prince squash, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, ginger, chicken stock cube), toast

T; The plan is for... chow mein, beef in black bean, boiled rice (between 2) few chips

SYNS; 2x special k mini breaks =10 butter=2.5
+20ish for the chinese

I have just made a spag bol. Soooo...tea will be;
EL beef mince, passata, tinned tomatoes, carrots, aubergine, mushrooms, courgettes, onion, garlic, herbs. With roasted butternut squash wedges and a bit of pasta :D

So looking forward to tea now! No syns, no breaking the rules, no craving crappy foods for the next 3 days, no guilt! Yay. May even sneak 2 alpens for supper later tonight. Bringing my total syns for the day to 18.5. Much much better.
 
Hi Chun-ky :) This is the first time I've dropped in on your diary. So pleased you had another loss this week! And well done for deciding against the chinese for tea tonight - as yummy as it would taste the guilt afterwards would not be worth it! And I'm sure your spag bol will be as equally delish :) You are doing a fab job :)
 
Thanks chickadee :) Was shocked at the loss to be honest. It felt like a really baddd week. I have been exercising most days though and sure its helped. Really glad i am not having the chinese. Had one last week and it felt like a real treat, today i would have just felt like crap eating it. Hope you had a lovely time away :) xx
 
I did thanks. really enjoyed it and was good to spend some quality time with my bf :) Nice to be home though and back to my little routine :)

Yay! For passing up the chinese syns! I did the same kind of thing tonight....went grocery shopping ignored the Vino yelling at me ..blinkered I headed to the checkout. Hubby when he got home did the 'no vino tonight darling?'...Noooo! I don't want it ..was my reply. He looked and looked at me again ' I can always go get you some'.. .again my response... Noooooo! Just go put the kettle on for coffee, love! So I celebrate with you and raise my coffee mug to you ... Chin Chin hunny! :) xxx

Well i did end up eating a few mouthfuls of hubbys left over chow mein. And they brought over some celebrations so a few malteaser ones kind of fell in my mouth!!! But it was NOOOO way near as bad as it could of been. Totaly back on track today and determined to shift this last stone. Then i will finally be lighter than i was before i had my first baby 9 years ago :) xx
 
I think you did really well! A couple of malteaser chocs and a few spoonfuls of chowmein never hurt anyone :)

You must really see the difference in yourself now? :)

I still look in the mirror and see CHUNKY lol. But its nice now other people are mentioning/noticing my loss :)
I was 16.11 lb when i got pregnant with number 4 last may! size 18-20, somehow i managed to lose 9lb while pregnant, without trying. Then after the birth 8 months ago i was 15.2lb. I gained 8lb in 4 months eating take away and quick fatty dinners and snacks! Started SW at 15.10lb and now 12.11 :)
I am big boned lol and 11-12 stone is perfect for me, even though BMI calculators dont agree. Just another stone and i will be happy that i am 'healthy' (ish lol).

SYNS; butter=2 gravy=2 2x special k mini breaks=10 :eek: (gotta get rid of em! Sooo yummy, but what a waste of syns!)
