Tomorrows diary Day 5

Breakfast - Porridge (hexb) + coconut milk (hexa) + banana
Lunch - Pasta 70g + Loads of veg
Dinner -2 x quorn burger (1 syn) + 1 petit pain (1 hexb)+ 1 egg+ peas and salad
Snacks - orange/apple/blueberries

Gym = 30mins crosstrainer 30 mins bike
Syns remaining = 2.5
Exercise this week = 5hours 30mins

Wish me luck with only 1 syn yikes!

Sounds like ur getting on well, food sounds great! I'm sure one meal out won't give u a gain, if it does I'm sure it won't b much!!

Feel strange today....similar to a few months ago! Feel dizzy when I stand up and a little bit out of it. Just about to have my lunch and I hope it sorts me out! But I have no syns today and lots exercise. So if I don't perk up soon may have to re think. This morning was scary as it lasted more like 10 seconds, last time it was happening it was only a few seconds.

I think it's when I do something too quick....but can't think of a reason why. I never ate since lunch yesterday so maybe that??
 
Not eating since lunch yesterday is probably the cause, have a bite to eat and feel better soon! X
 
I did have breakfast though...anyway I typed that clicked send and my gps rang.

I'm on their blood test list as I filled in a patient questionnaire 2 months ago and my 'mum, sister, 2 aunts, gran" all have either over or underactive thyroid. I also put down 4 diabetic members of family. Anyway they rang to say I should come in for a health check and blood test. Need to fast 12 hours before blood test. Anyway I said I'd leave it as I think I'm fairly healthy but I'll book into to my gp for my knees. So she booked me in for that next week and said she booked me in for blood test too! So I guess I should go. But I do think it's a waste of time. And I hate the nurse.....when she did my smear test she did my height and weight and told me I was fat. Even though she's HUGE. Anyway as you can guess I don't like the doctors. I've had clicky knees for 5months now! I always just think whatever health condition I have they will blame it on being fat!

Anyway blah.....I may go! I may just see gp but not the nurse
 
Always best to get bloods tested even if you do feel healthy as health issues run in the family,I'm sorry to hear that the nurse spoke to you that way! That's disgusting! No wonder you don't want to go but we have to look after ourselves right?!
 
U will have to get the nurse to weigh u ect again ! Then u can be all like 'in ur face, who's the fat one now!' obviously I wouldn't recommend u saying that!! :)

Health professionals sometimes don't treat their patients how they should! I had a doc once who was just rude about my weight!

Haha! Yeah that would be good! It is mean isn't it, my confidence was so low at the time that her comment made me feel awful.

And no I feel worse. When I was younger and skated loads I used to think I was fat (even tho I was size 8 ) and before a competition I'd eat hardly anything and it feels like I feel now. Only now I have had porridge for breakfast, pasta for lunch and lots of fruit! But it's that feeling.

Maybe I should have a piece of a colleagues birthday cake??? I don't need it but I'm looking for an excuse. I've been good all day so far and used all my will power to resist it lol
 
That's not good that you feel like you used to when you'd not eat a lot when you were younger even though you have eaten today.Sounds like you might be low on sugar if your craving cake!
 
Maybe....I've had lots of fruit tho! I've done lots of exercise and you don't get extra syns for exercising....so maybe I should be eating more of the free foods to compensate for the exercise?

And 2 huge scoops of icecream yesterday :)
Anyway i better do some work! I'm hoping gym will wake me up! And that cake is staring at me!
 
Not sure if I had a full serving or not but it's 14.5syns per serving

1 x serving of white chocolate and strawberry cake 14.5syns

Syns left = -12 yikes
Only 2 days until a new week!

Erm....well I have 2 more days so probably be - more syns. But I'm not sure if it will affect me. I do so much exercise. And I'm not eating extra to cover the exercise (which I probably should)
In ww my weight loss was always less when I never ate all my weeklies. Anyway we will see. I think SW is good but I think I do feel limited! I don't like to give up and feel like I should give it another 2 weeks like I said. But the other part of me tells me to pp.

And I still feel awful! It's a bit scary actually but I'm gonna go to the gym anyway and it will go one way or he other.
It will wake me up and I'll feel great
Or
It will make me worse.

But I know my body well enough to know whether to stop or not.
