R u sure going gym is a good idea if ur feeling dizzy purpled? U don't wanna end up falling off a machine and hurting urself!

I wouldn't worry too much about the -syns, u have a habit of loosing when u go off plan (ie holiday!!)

Your right....I shouldn't have. Did 30mins cross trainer 320 calories then had to go! So sat in macdonalds medium fanta (8.5 syns) waiting for my OH to finish so we can get home and have dinner.

= -26.5syns

I know what I'm doing and I could have had diet drink and coffee with no sugar but I purposely chose it. I'm trying to wake my body up! So I take full responsibility for whatever happens Thursday! Hope I wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow!
 
Hmmm if its not suiting you then it's not giving up as such it's making a sensible choice,sorry to hear you couldn't carry on at the gym but it does sound like you need a rest and now I'm going into Auntie mode to say I don't want to see you did exercise at home tonight instead lol,take it easy cos we do want you out of the right side of the bed tomorrow :0)

This looks really yummy,I've put Quorn burgers on my shopping list,not had them before.Pj time here as well! Glad you're chilling :0)

There quite meaty, and a lot less fat than meat burgers

The mince and the sausages are also nice. Oh and peppered quorn steaks. Also the tesco brand of quorn is nice too! My sister is vegetarian so I ate lots of her food growing up!

Yea I got the mince recently and used to use it a long time ago.Im sure I've had the sausages as well but a long time ago too.I like some veggie foods!
 
Sorry to hear you are not feeling well Purpled. Has it improved any since the sugar intake? I find I have a very fine line with sugar (although my blood sugar is always at a very good level when tested) - anything sweet eaten during the day generally makes me feel like utter crap but evenings seem to be ok. I know a few times when we have been for really long walks I suspect I have let my blood sugar dip too low as as soon as we stop and get back in the car I tend to get cold, shivery and basically descend into a big of a coma!

Definitely good plan to go ahead with doctors appointment and get blood tests done. The nurse sounds crap, I would be avoiding seeing her. I HATE going to the doctors too and avoid it at all costs. I have to be pretty convinced I am going to die or lose a limb to go. Part of that is an expectation anything will be based on being overweight. But that really shouldn't be a concern for you now - you are into the healthy weight range and have done fabulously. I reckon Sarah's suggestion of going back to the same nurse and getting her to check your weight etc might be quite fun ;)
 
I do feel better after my dinner and coke. And just relaxing! But I can feel my body isn't feeling normal if that makes sense.
I think it's just an off day! And I need to have more free foods to give me more energy!
And if I get my blood test done and she does weigh me then I think I'll enjoy it!
 
I just did my body fat test! Never done it before and not sure what my number means but I'm 24% fat!
That means 1/4 of me is fat! My OH is 14% fat! I know women have more fat than men! I'm gonna look on laptop when I get chance at what is healthy!
 
Yeah! Well 24 seems a lot! Like if you think we are nearly all water! Then organs and muscle! And I have 24% fat too! Can't be good! But I dunno how accurate it is.....that's my opinion on the matter!
 
i started sw in sept, lost 2.5st then got bored, put on a 1.5st back on!! im just glad ive got 2 years until my special day, although i really want to lose the weight before as ive got two wedding to attend in 18 months. Thing is my head is just not in it and i really cant be arsed to put it frankly :(:( im trying to just eat healthy and have swapped tea and coffe for green tea, and also taking adios max to see if that helps, gna give it a week and if no change then ill have to force myself back on sw EE. I wish i had the the willpower that alot of you lovely ladies have! :( i want a hot sexy wedding body too.....but early!!! lol xxx
 
Hope you are feeling but better Definately sounds like going for the blood tests is a good plan.

I read a good article on body fat on the nerd fitness site recently. Can't link as on my phone but try googling it or remind me and will find link for you. Basically women will always be higher than men that's how we are built and only athletes and bodybuilders will really have really low values.

Oh and the scales that do it are pretty inaccurate as its depending upon how much water is in your body. X
