Can't be bothered with SW today, so just going to cal count. Still feeling really ill, its been 2 weeks now and now the boys are ill and were up loads in the night, so I'm totally shattered, might make a big sunday dinner today to make us all feel better.
EE DAY - Sunday
Bfast: 1 piece of leftover pizza, (hexA) cheese, SW coleslaw & potato salad, chorizo and salami
Lunch: chappati with Ham, Sw coleslaw & cucumbers
Snack: some Doritos and hot salsa and some foxes biscuits (healthy!!)
Dinner: Roast beef, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, broccoli, swede, carrots, green beans, gravy,had a Yorkshire pudding too
Drinks: green tea with mint, water, options
