eee look another food diary!

Thanks!

Ok bit of a hectic morning! School run, asda, ,wi at pool, dog to vet, quickly home then some food before Uni! Eek. Hadn't even had time to eat til 12. Had to do a sneaky little tweak as well, as my food plan went out the window due to lack of time!

EE DAY - Friday

Breakfast/lunch : 2 coffees (1/2 hexA) Wholegrain bagel (hexB- tweak!) salmon, light soft cheese (1/2hexA) cherry tomatoes.

Snack : half an english muffin, lurpack lightest, smoked salmon, a fairy cake (bad bad...) hehe but its weigh day and I don't care!

Dinner : Syn free chicken, squash, spinach & potato curry. Chickpea pilau rice (0.5syns) Indian salad. Went a bit crazy on the sides.. Had 3 Poppadoms, 1 mini bhaji, 1 mini naan - oops!

TOTAL SYNS : about 29, but I have cal counted on MFP and i'm at 1735/393/1342 so about the middle .. 1590 for the day, which is fine fine fine! as MFP totally overestimates exercise I reckon.

Exercise - walk 5 miles

God today got even more hectic!! after uni, bus was 20 mins late, so I had to literally RUN to the house to get their school photo orders as it was deadline today, then run to the cashpoint and run to school, asda again, took the dog out for an hour, cooked tea, was amazing! totally curry feast, went a bit nuts on the sides, but when I cal count I don't really mind not sticking to syns as long as my cals and food groups are sound I don't mind. Just had a shower and trying to find something on tele, failing! Might watch that new witchy show, looks awful but just the kinda awful i quite like! haha. x

It's been a long old week for an evening of standing up to cancer, I'm not sure my brain could take it without me losing it! Xx

Quick pop in well done on the mega loss.

That's why I ended up leaving sw there was too many things that I like to eat that are a gazillions syns on sw but when ate as part of a balanced diet aren't bad at all. I defo suffer from the mentality sometimes of oh **** it been bad so might as well be really bad so the switch to being able to eat anything guilt free really worked for me!

Saying that I have went a bit crazy last 2 weeks as maintaining was going so well for few weeks and I wasn't following any plan just eating what I fancy but have been so busy packing to move house that good food and exercise just havnt been my priority at all! Oops! X

Eek! You got the mortgage accepted and done??? How exciting! I know what you mean, life's got in the way of strict diet plans, was so easy when I was off for so long in summer, but now trying to fit everything in the day is hard enough without cooking SW meals from scratch every night! I haven't been super bad, and not eating horrific amounts when I am, so maybe that's what's different to the past. I used to binge rather than just have a bit. X

Not yet got a letter in today saying they need a couple extra bits of evidence but the lady on the phone pretty much said that if they are asking for extra bits its really likely they will approve it once they get them so fingers crossed!!

Either way got to move as already handed notice in to leave this flat middle of next month eek! So got to pack anyway x

Oh my! That's super exciting. Can't wait to see pictures :)

Well this weekend has been pretty bad as usual, been feeling pretty ill, had the worst migraine for 2 days now. So will update my food but not counting SYNS etc

Saturday

Bacon and poached eggs on English muffin.

Salmon sashimi, Cadbury bubbles. Fridge raiders.

muffin with ketchup.

Slow cooked beef goulash, SW garlic and rosemary potatoes, pitta. Oreo snickers cheesecake (omg!) some vodka with diet pop.

Sunday

Bacon English muffin

Chicken dinner, veg, 1 Yorkshire pudding. Tarte Tatin, cream.

Chappati, chicken burger, 1 slice lighter cheese, salad.

Again another day not on plan, not horrifically bad foods tho, or excessive. Back to SW tomorrow tho, as I've planned my day which always helps. Did take the dog out for a nice walk tho, and ran a bit off and on. And walked one of the school runs despite the crap rain. Had migraines this weekend, and today, horrible so I always feel horribly sick once they subside so just eaten what I fancy. Plus I have like no quick and easy food in!

Breakfast : bacon sandwich, lean bacon, small loaf.

Snack : 1/3 tin tomato soup, 400g loaf bread.

Late lunch : chapatti, bacon and mushroom. Cadbury wishes.

Dinner : sausage, mustard mash and loads of veg in onion gravy.

All this came to 1600 odd cals so not really too bad at all!

Well I just went through my wardrobe, and some pants and a top that didn't fit me a few months ago are perfect now :) so happy days, sorted through a load more stuff to get rid of too. And this dress a friend got me for my bday last year which never fit is getting so close to being nice :) it actually didn't even used to go on. So really feeling good about that, def sticking to the plan again from tomorrow as I'm so close now, going to really up the exercise, as even tho I'm losing weight my stomach is so yucky, I think dieting isn't going to fix that at all. Swimming and running I think, so going to start the couch 2 5 k tomorrow :) exciting! X

Back to plan! Going full steam ahead now til xmas to try and get to where I want to be!

EE day - Tuesday

Bfast : boiled eggs & toast (small loaf) 3 SYNS butter

What's in it? Getting bored of my butternut squash soup now!

Sent from my HTC Desire S using MiniMins

So easy! I used frozen cauli too. 1 large onion, 1/2 to 1 tsp smoked paprika depending on how much u like it. 550g cauli florets. 800mls veg stock. I used 1 veg and 1 chicken stock pot thing and a bit extra water prob a litre altogether. Bring to boil and then cover and cook for 15mim then just blend add pepper and if u like some hexA cheddar. I tasted it before and was really good without the cheese if U've already used your hexA. I used 1 hexA reduced fat mature cheddar and was enough for the whole thing. X

Ooh that sounds so yummy. I may have to make that for my lunches at work!

Oh god I'm so so tired, it feels like 12 not 9! Actually made it into Uni so at least I don't have the guilt of not going too! Days like today I find it hard to stick to plan as I can't be bothered to think about cooking so go for ease, Going to try my slow cooker so hopefully just throwing everything in will make it a hell of a lot easier! Lamb and sweet potato curry :)

Dinner : lamb and sweet potato curry (onion, chopped tomato, ginger, spinach, garlic) brown pilau rice with veg (carrot, cauli, peas and sweetcorn) and 5 samosas (only meant to have 3, whoops! 10 syns)
