He text me today to say he'd booked a table for next Sunday night...eek! A week to plan a nice restaurant outfit...and I'm out fri and sat with work so it may be a dukan write off but it's Xmas time!! X

What do you guys think re starch meals this week? Friday had steak baguette and chips ( lunch) then chicken and a bit of mash (tea). Should I count mash as starch and baguette as gala? Or as one loooong meal?! Wondering whether to plan a pasta meal to fit it in or if I've covered that

My half way of conso is sfter Xmas... I've got two Xmas nights out this weekend so I'll have two gala, plus a date Sunday!

Maybe should do a pre Xmas wi on Friday. Have been naughty with venison and chorizo too!!

omg i am so confuddled re conso ;/ I get the 2 starches but i havent got my ehad round how that looks in everyday food!!! Steak bagette sounds amazing right now lol!! U sorted outfit for sunday ? do u know where he is taking u?Am excited for u, hubby took me to sainsburys earlier, yep thats about as exciting as it gets for me on a mon hahaha

Looks like am going for coffee tonight too friend has been admitted to the hospital he works in and I'm heading through from the one I work in to visit...with the times I finish and visiting starts it means we'll get a wee bit of time for a quiet coffee. And get to see her too x
