Well done on the loss! Mmm lasagne chips and garlic bread is one of my faves must make it again soon.

The ww petit pans make good garlic bread for 0pp on simply filling :-D x

Thanks girls, I was so delighted last night and that dinner made me ever happier :) Had porridge with cinnamon for breakfast and now I'm all bloated and sore...ugh!! Going to have some green tea, hopefully it will help.

So, I have four weeks until I have a wedding one weekend followed by a hen the following weekend. I think it will be hard to lose much those weeks so I need to try to make up for it now if I can. That said I'm not sure I can do any more except maybe put a bit of structure to my exercise and eat earlier in the evening. To start this week I'm going to try to use zero weeklies, 100% sf for 7 days. I am going to eat a bit more during the day to try boost my metabolism. I want to have a 2lbs/week average so I'll need to lose 3lbs a few weeks if I can... :)

I think using 0 weeklies will b very hard! Good luck to you!
Ur already loosing 2lb+ a wk so I don't think u need to change a great deal!

I know, it's going to be very hard but it's just because I have the 2 weeks in August when I know it'll be very hard to lose anything at all, I need to do a bit extra now to make up for it. I am very happy with how it's been going so far I'm just really focused on getting as close to 10st 7lbs as I can before I go on holidays in September and I don't want those two weeks in August to ruin my chances. I won't be too upset though if I can't do it, I know my body can only lose so much a week but I also kind of like the challenge, it keeps me a bit more focused or something, more determined.

On another topic, instead of doing my normal Shred last night I did level 1 again ( I was actually meant to do my normal level 3 after it but got distracted by OH). I was very pleased to find it a bit easier than I remembered. I was still quite pathetic at the press ups but I did keep going for the whole thing and I certainly did not sweat as much as I am doing with level 3...Yay to getting fitter!!! :)

That's another thing u could do to loose more- up the exercise, try adding another DVD, or have a longer walk up the mountain, that should speed up the losses, unless ur one of those ppl who exercise slows losses! I'm not criticising ur exercise u already do, by the way! U do lots!

Yeah I was looking at my exercise. When I was a member of the gym my routine was to run 5 times a week, swim 3-4 times, on Tuesdays I did 1 1/2hr cardio in the gym followed by weights, on Wednesday I did 1hr gym cardio, on Thursdays I did 1 1/2hr gym cardio followed by weights and on the weekends I did at least one long mountain walk. I know it was a lot but as I say I never really do really intense cardio, so it never felt like too much. I was thinking last night if there was a way I could get myself back into that routine without re-joining a gym (Actually I think I'm still a member of the local gym but it's the dirty one and I really hate it there).
So my new ex plan is:

Mon: jog on treadmill (according to the programme I'm doing)
swim (minimum of 800metres)

Tues: 2-2.5hrs workout DVD's (mixture of cardio & strength to compensate for the loss of weight training)

Wed: jog outside (according to the programme I'm doing)
swim (minimum of 800metres)
1hr cardio workout

Thurs: 2-2.5hrs workout DVD's (mixture of cardio & strength to compensate for the loss of weight training)

Fri: jog on treadmill (according to the programme I'm doing)
swim (minimum of 800metres)

Sat: jog outside (according to the programme I'm doing)
1hr+ walk

Sun: rest day or optional walk

It seems like a lot when I see it written down but the running will hopefully become routine and the swimming may not end up being 3 times every week. It feels so much better to have a structure to it, all I have to do now is source some more good workout dvd's. :)

Wow u used to do loads! Ur new plan looks like loads too! How will u fit all that in?

I'll hopefully do the jogging in the morning a couple of times a week and then the rest after work. I don't have anything else on really so I'm lucky that way. It does get in the way of seeing my friends sometimes but I can usually work around it. I might do the swimming at lunchtime sometimes. It helps that I've no kids or anything...yet..I might as well do it while I can :)

That's right! If u have time for it, make the most of it!

You sound like a exercisaholic! Haha my iPhone accepted that as a word! Anyway it's brilliant and your motivation is inspiring!
Do you feel great for all the exercise. I noticed when I don't exercise I feel tired!

Right now Purpled I feel like I'm on top of the world, I ran 4 miles stronger than I have done for a while and even though my shins were very sore I really enjoyed it, despite the rain..then I swam 1000metres in my local outdoor pool..it was gorgeous. The pool is heated, a bit, and when I was growing up I spent every day of every Summer there and worked there as a lifeguard as soon as I was old enough. The feeling of swimming in it again tonight was amazing..whoop whoop!!! I do get tired but only in the evening. I find that I have a lot more energy when I'm exercising, but I really need to stress again that I do everything at a slow pace, I probably don't push myself half as much as I should but I'm happy with the way I do it for now. :) :) :) :)

WOW!! That's a huge amount of exercise you have planned but if you have the time for it and are enjoying it then why not?
