hey everyone im back... cross country day at the olympics was amazing.... truly a wonderfull experiance and the crowd really cheered on the home team as well as the other teams ... fantastic day and the sun shone what more could you wish for

How right are you Joodle...... 3 lbs down is great Ellie - keep on with it and your few pounds will be gone in no time at all! Trying to really appreciate conso but find it tough and that I am erratic on it!!!! GRRRRRR- I need to take control!! x

had a fabulous day at the show today with my 2 girls... both in the prizes and had to attend the big parade.... brass bands playing balloons etc etc and hardly batted an eyelid...until the seen the shetland ponies at the end of the parade on our way out after our stint and boy did they freak at the tiny horses haha lots of prize money too so treated myself to a nice new show shirt

confession though.... i had a buttery with my morning coffee voucher :sigh: had never had one before ... its an aberdonian thing lol didnt really enjoy it.... may have been nicer if it was toasted ... rest of food today been great and ran for miles with the girls... cant walk now
