Ive just finished a lovely purple one with metalic looking lilac beads on... very pretty

and yes a good way to keep me out the fridge lol

Im thinking about making them for the dogs got a few ideas running through my head and have been making paracord dog collars....now what kind of beads with fit on paracord think its 4.5mm but sqwishy ... the collars ive been making have a double core but think i could get away with threading the beads on just one

Hi hun, 4.5mm is a large hole, you would be better with an acrylic bead, or wooden one. usign glass may eventually wear away the thead and the fray it. Have a look on
www.totallybeads.co.uk they are my fave online shop for beads. Look under wooden/acrylic. Most of them time it should tell you the hole size. You will need at least a 5mm for that cord.

Also if you struggle to get the thread thru the bead, smear an inch end with clear nail varnish....let fully dry and then it should slip thru the hole easier. I've had to do that with 1mm leather cording and glass pearls.

Plus glass maybe a bit too dangerous with the dogs, the wooden and acrylic wll at least be safer LOL.

Check out these beads, these are really nice, not sure on hole size though.

i think its actually 3.5mm paracord... im finding that pony beads fit quite well on it ... would like something fancier though

worth shopping about LOL, pony beads are quite good for a lot of things. I love doing these bracelets, need to do some more for my next fair. This keeps reminding me LOL. s

I just took 2 paracetamol this morning - didn't do anything unfortunately x

yes ive had ibuprofen & paracetamol ...going to see if i have any decongestants left

I can't take ibuprofen due to my suspect ulcer ...paracetamol, off to asda now to check out their decongestants, fancy one of the nasal sprays, dunno why, just psychologically feels like they'd work better...squirt it right up to my sinus x

I use the boots spray, its really good but it doesn't last as long as it says it should I find that I need to squirt mroe often, having said that Ionly do one squirt at a time and it does say two LOL.

Worth having when you can't breathe at night time.......like now

arghhhh ive put weight on this morning despite a good day only 0.6lbs but still grrr will start off doing PP today but will see how it goes I need skimmed milk powder to make my yoghurt but dont trust myself to go to the shop to buy just that... i know i will buy junk and eat eat eat :break_diet:
