god knows p have spent the morning doing the horses to keep me out the house... just having a greek yoghurt for breakfast now think ill try the cheesburger pie for lunch then chicken for dinner and porridge for supper again
nope it's the bloody weather, I was ravenous yesterday, beware eating porridge late in the day - it absorbs water and could cause the morning weigh in weight gain xx
morning everyone,sucessfull pp day done yesterday and that small gain has gone today plus an extra 1.2lbs.... lost 1.8lbs this morning thats 6.8lbs lost since last wednesday todays food will be rhubarb & yoghurt, left over salmon & broccoli bake, bolognese
