emma-louise's food diary... about time too!

ive just decided, when i hit target im going to get the tattoo ive always wanted on my hip :D i was talking about it with my guy friend on saturday who's got loads (designed them all himself) and im going to ask him to draw something up for me as motivation :) xx

yeahhh motivation for me :) ive got a bit complacent as of late, dont know why as i still have a long way to go!! im the slimmest ive ever been since i was really young (i know im not that old, but for at least 5 years) and im really starting to notice the difference and a part of me is thinking i should maybe stop now :cool: i know i need to carry on and im hoping that this will be the push i need :D

i havent asked him yet but as soon as its done ill put a pic in my album :D xx

just a quick one to say that im home for reading week and ive left the scales are at uni, so ill weigh when i get back - have gone slightly off plan to avoid arguments at home so hopefully the damage wont be too bad!! xx


also; im getting my hair dyed today by my friend who's a trainee hairdresser so fingers crossed it turns out ok!!
 
2lbs off when i weighed in today, (2 weeks worth as i didnt weigh last week) so quite pleased with that, dead on 13stone, so i get my 3st sticker and im only 2lbs away from my original target haha so feeling quite good :D xx

thanks hun :) i am really proud of myself but i have been letting it slip a bit recently, im living with three other girls and they are CONSTANTLY eating choccie and crisps and frozen ready meals, i feel like im really struggling :cry: im trying really hard but im pretty sure ive STS this week... :( been to Mozzas this morning and done a big healthy shop (apart from the £1.99 B&Js phish food :p) and im gonna attempt another fishy week as ive been pretty much living off pasta recently, i hope a shake up will do me some good! going to go back to posting my diary every night aswell as i know that keeps me on track ;) xx

I was until I messed up completely last week (combo of 2 days away with work and a night out). So I skipped official WI Saturday... hoping fishy week will counteract the 'unofficial' 2lbs I put on!!

hi hun!! yeah clothes are looser, probably a little smaller than a size 16 now :) waiting til crimbo to buy new stuff though as i cant really afford it at the minute, living in leggings and an old denim skirt not very good at this time of year haha :p hows things going with you? xx

My flatmate is in Hospital on the Psychiatric Wards :(
But trying to keep my head up as I know hes in the best place!
I agree totally with the buying new clothes thing- primark opened this week here and im itching to go in!!
Do you have any tips for losing weight at all?

thanks hun, i know its hard when you've got stuff going on, hope your flatmate gets better soon you're right hes deffo in the best place! the only tip ive really got is work out whats best for you, some people lose best on red, or green, or EE, find out whats best for you and stick with it, i lose better if i do green, red, green, red etc all week but its quite hard to manage food shopping wise so i tend to stick with green weeks, going to try a few more reds/EE this week to try and give myself a boost :) just dont give up hun, try your best and the weight will drop off in no time xx

but concentration is somewhere else at the minute!
Usually super organised 2 weeks ahead etc!
But will definitely take ur advice and will let you know how it goes!

here goes fishy week number 2....

sunday 21st november - red day

brekkie: weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with 2 tsps of sugar (2 syns)

lunch: leftover cooked chicken from yesterday and a dark choc fibre plus (6 syns)

dinner: salmon fillet, jacket potato (HexB+2 syns cos it was a big one ;)) with brocolli, cauliflower and sprouts

total syns - 10
