Wednesday's food

Jacket potato and beans and salad and a mystery Coleslaw thingy (estimating 3 syns as I didn't eat it all)

Its a box of nutritious snacks to 'grave' on instead of chocolate and crisps
there are seeds and nuts, flapjacks............even breads n crackers with dips...........some stuff does have chocolate in it too

The syn values range from 4 to 15 syns depending on the item but seeing as I will probably share mine with my fella, there's even less for me lol

Well today is completely out the window.
My fella had a last minute day off and took me to a 'Flaming Grill' pub for Lunch

A chicken new yorker (chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with Melted cheese on the top, on a bed of grilled onions and mixed peppers) with chips.......... I didn't finish all the chips (on purpose)
For dessert, I had a triple choc waffle
A vanilla waffle topped with Chocolate Icecream (one scoop) and squirty cream (which I didn't eat as I don't like it)..........Now there was supposed to be choclate sauce and a flake but the sauce was a drizzle that they did round the plate.....like they do on Masterchef......not enough to make even half a syn lol...purely for decoration in my opinion....to make it posh.....and as for the flake....well it was non existant....You get more crumbs in the bottom of a packet !!!

I did have a banana and an alpen light for brekkie, so maybe the day wont be so bad.....Salad for dinner me thinks.............Too Hot to eat......Gonna make some Lollies in my moulds out of sugar free squash so at least they will be refreshing......and FREEEEEEEEEEE

Definitely just the one........... Eldest was at school so Lunch was possible with the baby sort of snoozing.........for the first part of the meal anyway
It was nice to spend a sunny day together, with the baby.
We bought her a smashing pair of baby sunglasses today which really made me giggle when she was posing in them
Also got a Pink Apple shaped Plastic Sandpit and lid for the girls from Argos (on sale.............I love a bargain)
 
After such a mammoth Lunch dinner was quite subdued compared to my usual meals
An Iceland's chicken burger (0.5 syns for the burger in a Wholemeal Roll) with a salad

I Know its not a great day but I guess after lunch I could have slid right into all the norty things that bring on those terrible cravings.
Gonna try to be good and stick with low syn snacks and free fruit tonight

Just 1 more day till my weigh in and I only want 1lb so I can reach my 2 stone............. Of course more than 1lb will be lovely but this week its all about reaching that 2 stone goal
 
Saturday's food

Breakfast
2 boiled eggs and mini melba (0.5)

Lunch:
Macdonalds grilled chicken and bacon salad with balsamic dressing (1.5)
Half a raisin and oatmeal cookie (estimating 2 syns)

Dinner:
Wholemeal roll topped with Fried eggs and sliced Ham with Baked beans

Hea: Milk
Heb: wholemeal roll and Baked beans

TOTAL 4 Syns (but the nights not over yet ;) )

Eurovision put me right off my food tonight
So I ended the day using no more of my syns

Just enjoyed my nice Syn free lollies lol
 
Tomorrow is my Weigh in and I'm not looking for anything big or exciting, I will be completely over the moon with a nice little 1lb loss as that 1lb will mean I have reached my 2 stone award............. And in great time as my Anniversary is in 3 weeks time (I wasn't expecting to reach my goal til then)

I'm off to the Sea-side with my parents, the girls and my fella tomorrow so I won't have time to post my loss until the evening.

Hope everyone enjoys the sunny weather and indulges their desires in a nice low syn way lol
 
Its Weigh In Day

I DID IT :p

I lost 1.5lbs this week and achieved my 2 stone award...........in 14 weeks............. I am so excited and soooo pleased:party0049:

I have also achieved my goal of losing 2 stone before my anniversary (which is still another 3 weeks ago..... I hope I can lose another 7lbs by then, That would be soooooo cool)
 
Spent the day with my parents, my daughters and my fella at the sea-side..........Spent all day nagging them about putting on Sun cream and completely forgot my own so now I have a really badly burnt neck and shoulders.......and I mean really burnt..............It hurts sooooo much.

Took a picnic out with us today to try and combat the chance of ruining all our hard work

No time for Brekkie

Kind of ruined my good work last night with half a bowl of Peanut M&Ms last night and a few extra mikados whilst watching soccer aid 2012

Oh well..........

To be honest, I thought they would taste better than they did............
