Breakfast:
Banana

Lunch:
Macdonald's Grilled Chicken and bacon salad with balsamic dressing (2.5)
BBQ Mississippi Pistachio nuts (4)

Cold chicken leg

Dinner:
Mixed grill: Quorn sausage (1.5) Pork loin, Chicken burger (0.5) Onions, Peppers, wedges and fried egg
Jazz apple

Supper:
Wholemeal roll with cheese, ham and onions
Chocolate eclair sweetie (1.5)

hea: Cheese
Heb: Potatoes and wholemeal roll

TOTAL 10 Syns
 
Well I'm back to my original weigh in day (as it was 15 weeks ago) I prefer the monday (though the change back wasn't my idea, it was my boyfriend's) Its so easy to cheat at the weekend when you weigh in on a sunday.....I would try to be good but once you've stepped on the scales there is that thought of 'Oh well I can have a treat now'............ My fella took his treats too far and has had weeks where he has gained instead of losing.....and there have been quite a few maintain weeks too

Today I'll be happy with a simple 1lb loss, especially as I've indulged in fairy cakes this weekend at Jubilee Parties.....oh and the Bangers and Mash that were not SW friendly

Off to the scales I go....................:scale:

Thats a total loss of 30.5lbs (2 stone 2.5lbs) in 15 weeks
Wow, I can't believe its been that long, I've never stuck at a diet/healthy eating/lifestyle change plan for this long....EVER.

My BMI has dropped from 34.5 to 29.7..............For the first time since I was a teenager I am classed as OVERWEIGHT and not OBESE......Thats a major achievement in my eyes.....Other people will think I am nuts......but I'm happy to be classed as overweight lol....... Maybe one day I will be Normal weight but for now.....I'm thrilled

I'm off again for two weeks in august to a caravan in Skegness, hopefully the weather will be better by then coz it can't seem to make up its mind at the mo

Made the diet coke chicken for the first time last night and I swear I have never seen my fella eat a meal faster lol
It was there one minute and gone the next lol

Its game on in my house this week, He has finally decided to go for SW in a big way, up until now he's just sort of skirted along on the outsides, eating the meals I make and TRYING to eat low syn stuff. The reason for this big change of heart ?............There is now only 2lbs between us !!! While I have lost over 2 stone, he has yet to reach his 1 stone mark and someone recently told him he's put on a lot of weight (he hasn't but his confidence has taken that knock now)
He's writing down his syns and asking me what he can that will be SW friendly, He's even taken to asking me what day it is (I mean RED or GREEN, not the day of the week lol)
So I really want to lose 2lbs this week so we will weigh the same.....then I wanna overtake him lol........... we are quite competitive with each other in a healthy competition kind of way, so this will just spur me on for this week
 
Have been including more physical exercise into my life.....no I'm not going to the gym :character00115:......... I don't have the time or money for that
I bought a stepper....one of those mechanical ones (not just a step lol)...........I got it on ebay for the bargain price of £5.50 and its immaculate....even has though bungee cord things for working your arms
Also I have been jigging my arse off to my new Just dance 3 game for the wii and my word does it make you sweat.....Might be the reason why I lost more than my usual 1.5lb this week
Along with my usual route march with a heavy buggy, I'm hoping to shape and tone my butt, legs and thighs......well I did say hope

We had a lovely time in our caravan, Callum loves it & didn't want to come home, I've eaten really badly though & dreading the scales tomorrow :( been back on plan today though :)
 
Thanks Ladies............. I always seem to feel worse first thing in the morning and last thing at night......I guess I'm so busy during the rest of the day that I don't really notice it

Been on my stepper today and out bowling with my fella and the girls......loads of exercise in that lot lol
Feel knackered now lol

Woke up this morning and I'm no better, in fact, I'm worse............I've been relegated to the sofa with a pillow and a blanket and a box of tissues :needhug:

My fella is taking over for the day and so far I've been force fed a banana and a cuppa........... I wonder what lunch will be ?
 
Ah, although its horrible being poorly at least you planned it well so it's the school hols so ur chap is at home. Just chill out on the sofa and get better.:bighug:

That was the plan but now I have to go out in the lashing rain and collect my mum from work...... Time to wrap up super warm...its like winter here:winter_brr:
 
Making Shepard's pie tonight using Quorn mince............. No idea how this will turn out but I'm game for a challenge

Will post recipe and let you know how it turned out later
 
It turned out very very nice

One bag of quorn mince
1 carton of passata
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
a chopped onion
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
200 ml of veg stock
peppers (optional)
Potatoes

frylight onions and peppers (optional) until soft
Mix hot stock with tinned tomatoes and carton of passata.
Add onions and the mince
Simmer for 10 mins
Add splash of sauce and leave to simmer for 30mins or longer if you want it thicker

Boil and mash potatoes (I made mine with an egg rather than milk and butter, makes the crust go golden brown in the oven)

Add the sauce/mince to a casserole dish and top with the potatoes
pop it in the oven for 30 mins or until the top is golden brown

GORGEOUS :eating:
