Finding the heat really difficult to deal with
I'm hot.....Have terrible sunburn and I just don't want to eat

I have however forced myself to eat lunch today and I am contemplating Pizza for dinner tonight with SW chips
Or I might just stuff the SW chips in a wholemeal pitta and be done with it lol

Cheers babe.....I've definitely worked hard for this and its not over yet............ Have another 1 stone 9.5lbs to go til I reach my target but for now I am enjoying this feeling.............On to the next goal and off with the nxt 7lbs:scale:
 
Three days ago I discovered that my fridge had died...........The light comes on but it does bugger all else.......... Typical
New one is on its way............anytime between now and 7th June

So
I am stuck for meals at the mo, I can't keep things fresh so I'm having to cook from the freezer
Need some inspiration
If anyone has any great ideas, Please post them in here for me............Feel like I need to make a change to keep my weight loss going
 
I have lost 4.5 points on my BMI since starting slimming world...........It's now 30 which means I am only just in the Obesity Range....I only need to lose 0.1 of a point to be overweight

Now thats something to celebrate..............(People will think I'm nuts but I think its an achievement):happy036:

Got a copy of Just dance 3 for the Wii yesterday and late last night, me and my fella decided to test it out...........Well ten songs later and a couple of games of simon says and I was absolutely pooped

Its got a keep fit function on it (which I have yet to try out) but if its anything like the song selection, I'm gonna be sweating buckets
Doesn't feel like exercising at all and we are so competitive when it comes to things like this so we definitely give it our all

Maybe this will help me to lose more than my usual 1.5lbs....... I guess we will see on Sunday xx
 
Just discovered 'Jazz Apples'............. £2 a bag in Morrisons.............Lovely crispy crunchy apples with a tangy fizzy taste........... Blooming lovely

Breakfast:
Boiled Eggs and mini melba (0.5)

Lunch:
Cheese omelette with baked beans and leftover rice and veg (from last night)
Jazz apple
2 rice cakes (2.5)

Dinner:
KFC style Chicken with salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, boiled egg) and SW chips
Light alpen
2 jazz apples

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal bread/Light alpen and Chicken

My new fridge arrives between 7-8am and then I am off to Asda to fill it up with lots of yummy fruit and Veg
 
Fridge arrived at 6.30.............. I was fast asleep, for a change..............but at least its here and Now I can start my shopping list and get it all done while my eldest is at school

Had to sit at my Parent's house today (with Caitlin) waiting for a delivery. Packed a huge breakfast and lunch to take with me, as I knew they wouldn't have anything I would eat there and I couldn't leave to go out and buy anything

Passed the time making chocolate covered strawberry and Marshmallow Kebabs for a Jubilee Party I am catering tomorrow..........Also baked and iced 50+ cupcakes........ So hard not to lick the spoon or eat the finished product but I managed to hold on to my resolve

My new Graze Box arrived today
I got Honey and Lemon Oatcakes (little oaty biscuits with a pot of honey to dip them in)
Mississippi BBQ pistachios
Cherry Bakewell
and a honeycomb flapjack
 
Today I am off to a Jubilee Party and I've been busy making Food for it
marshmallows.jpgchocolate covered strawberries and Marshmallow Kebabs.....definintely not syn free ......there's about 2 syns worth of chocolate....don't know what the syns are for a Marshmallow but there are three on each stick lol
Took all my resolve not to lick the spoon or my fingers when I was covered in chocolate.....I chucked everything straight in the washing up bowl (full of hot water and liquid)
Also made 60+ fairy cakes (for my daughter's jubilee celebrations at school and a party my mum is hosting today)

Saturdays Food

Breakfast:
SW fry up (bacon, quorn sausages 2 syns, grilled tomatoes, fried eggs and beans)
Wholemeal toast 2 slices

Lunch:
Sausage and Mash (total of 4 sausages and 4 ice cream scoops of mash made with milk and butter :eek: )
3 cupcakes (9)

Dinner:
Jacket potato with cheese and beans and a salad
Jazz Apple

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal bread and bacon

TOTAL...........Unknown but I'm pretty sure it was more than 15
 
When I first started SW, my weigh in day was a MONDAY...............It was changed after we went on holiday and came home.
Since then my partner has found it really hard to shift any weight. He would weigh in on a sunday morning and then spend the rest of the day having a major blow out.
He's asked if we can move the weigh in back to the Monday morning as he feels it will help to keep him on track over the weekend when he is more likely to cheat.
So No weigh in today............. will post any losses or gains tomorrow
 
Its Weigh In Day

Well I'm back to my original weigh in day (as it was 15 weeks ago) I prefer the monday (though the change back wasn't my idea, it was my boyfriend's) Its so easy to cheat at the weekend when you weigh in on a sunday.....I would try to be good but once you've stepped on the scales there is that thought of 'Oh well I can have a treat now'............ My fella took his treats too far and has had weeks where he has gained instead of losing.....and there have been quite a few maintain weeks too

Today I'll be happy with a simple 1lb loss, especially as I've indulged in fairy cakes this weekend at Jubilee Parties.....oh and the Bangers and Mash that were not SW friendly

Off to the scales I go....................:scale:

Thats a total loss of 30.5lbs (2 stone 2.5lbs) in 15 weeks
Wow, I can't believe its been that long, I've never stuck at a diet/healthy eating/lifestyle change plan for this long....EVER.

My BMI has dropped from 34.5 to 29.7..............For the first time since I was a teenager I am classed as OVERWEIGHT and not OBESE......Thats a major achievement in my eyes.....Other people will think I am nuts......but I'm happy to be classed as overweight lol....... Maybe one day I will be Normal weight but for now.....I'm thrilled
