Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Paul has come home from work tonight and told me he's been nominated for an award.
It seems that his school hold a big awards ceremony every year at the town hall where students and staff alike are presented with awards in different categories. Its a formal Affair............Suit and evening dress kind of thing..........this years theme is Black and White and the staff are allowed to bring their families, so he's bought tickets for us all to go (me and the girls)........ The girls have both got beautiful dresses ready to go but once again I am at the mercy of my wardrobe..........so I'm now on the look out for a FORMAL evening dress in black............... I have until the 6th july to find one..........so its just 2 weeks on friday..........I'd really like to reach the 2.5 stone award by then............ So it looks like I have a new incentive to getting the weight off and keeping it off this time

Been to morrisons today

Quorn burgers and Sausages are £1 a bag until 22nd july (1 syn for sausage and 1/2 per burger)
Muller light 6pk are £1.64 till 22nd July (including the Lemon cheesecake / new york style cheesecake yoghurts)

and Paul finally reached his 1 stone award and treated himself to an Italian Suit (!!!!)

Just 2.5 weeks till our next big function.....Hoping to have reached my 2.5 stone award by then​

Had a funny old food day as I had a visit from a very old friend, been 8 yrs since we've seen each other as we live at opposite ends of the country.

We all went bowling (where I was a good girl and consumed just a diet coke) and after we went through the Macdonald's drive thru...........My daughter had the Chicken nugget kids meal and my Partner and Mate had an apple pie.............I had nothing, I managed to keep my resolve and steer clear of the norty stuff.
Tomorrow is my weigh in and I want to get closer to that 2.5 stone award............ I've been good this week and know FOR A FACT that I have lost 3 inches on my waist (I had to buy a new belt for my jeans and It only just fit, now I'm on the third hole already so I measured myself)

Its possible that this will be one of those weeks where I lose inches instead of lbs so I'm prepared for that

My friend looked through my old photo albums with my eldest daughter (who is her god child) and I couldn't help but notice how I have gone up and down with my weight over the last few years (not including the time when I was pregnant)..........Its been a real rollercoaster of a ride and I'm still on it......I just hope that the weight loss continues going the right way this time

Its Weigh In Day

I've lost 1lb this week :)
Its not the biggest loss I've ever had but its one step closer to my 2.5 award

Plus I lost 3 inches this week so I have no cause for complaint:clap:

There's just 0.5lb between me and my partner now, so its game on this week..............I'm so gonna beat him this week and be the skinny one in the relationship:love:

My eldest has gone on a residential trip with her school (she left this morning). I'm gonna miss her loads so I'm keeping myself busy. Loads of Body Magic clearing and tidying her room and lots of norty Syns as I'm off out for dinner tonight (and I'm bowling tomorrow night)
As I am 2lbs away from my 2.5 award I think I've worked really hard and although I don't feel deprived, A few days being a little less than strict won't kill me because should I gain or maintain, I know I have the will power and skills to get back on track the following week and keep shifting this weight
 
Well when I have a blow out I do it big

I ate everything in sight at harvesters last night, including 2 trips to the salad bar (with crunchy munchy toppings, coleslaw and dressings)
I ate ribs and chicken (including the skin) deep fried chips and a massive dessert with cream (which I scooped off) a wafer (which I left on my plate) a ton of cornish ice cream and warm chocolate cake in a sundae style...............I couldn't eat it all............I was stuffed.

I practically waddled home

Feel a bit sluggish today so I'm going out in the sunshine for a walk with Caitlin in her buggy, hope it will perk me up

I binged for England yesterday, after a weekend of drinking my syns, I'd decided to give ww a trial this week, but not so sure now, our Callum was sick all over me this morning so I've kept him off from nursery, we've both not eaten yet today ( I don't want to eat in front of him) I might see how he copes with a bit of toast in a but then I'll have some wholemeal toast. Put last night behind you and try to carry on with your fantastic weight loss :) x

I'm not worried about last night.....well I'm not now...... I did have guilt after I looked round at all the empty greasy plates and my word did it make me tired and bloated.......My body is not used to that much food all at once and not those sorts of food.

I had a millie's cookie yesterday too, so I was definitely blowing out in true fatty fashion lol

I've got 10 days till my Partner's big formal awards evening and I'd like to have achieved the 2.5 award by then............Its 2lbs away so it is achievable if I'm really really good
I've even bought the 30 day shred dvd to help shift some inches on my butt and thighs
