Its Weigh In Day

well it was....yesterday !!!
I am currently on my holidays, enjoying the sunshine in a caravan

I weighed in before I left home yesterday morning and I'd lost 1lb

So I am now officially 12 something (12 st 13lbs to be exact)

I'm away for the next 2 weeks and hope to make good choices where possible but I also want to enjoy the chance to be a bit norty ;)

Will report back when I return home................GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

My folks decided to surprise us and drive up to the caravan for a couple of days............well my mother has always been a bad influence on me lol...........So I've had Chips from the chippy, I've eaten chocolate and other norty things............. I don't feel 'Fat' BUT I don't feel my usual energetic self.
Made my own gut buster Breakfast SW style for everyone and they all said it was yummy.

My mum is a Big Girl (like I was) but even she's lost a load of weight and gone from a 24 to a 20/22............We went clothes shopping today and both realised just how far we had come when we checked out our old sizes compared to what we wear now............. My Mum told me she was proud of all I had achieved
We went swimming last night and she said it was only when she saw me in my swimming suit that she realised just how much weight I had lost and how far I had come
My mum has never followed SW but has taken lots of healthy eating tips from me and its really paid off for her, I'm proud of her too.

Making a chicken stir fry with noodles for dinner and I'm really trying to get back on track........... Its soooooo easy to go off plan when you are away from home, even if you are only 150 miles from your own kitchen lol
 
Got back on track with the food yesterday
Only to down a 70cl bottle of alcopop.......4.0 alc content......think that makes it 12 syns for the bottle (wishful thinking)
if anyone knows for sure.....let me know
 
Back from my hols and I've weighed in...................2lbs on (I suppose thats good considering I was COMPLETELY off plan)
I ate out 3 times, I had chips and mushy peas, chocolate and loads of bread (even white)

Back on plan now and hoping to get those two lbs off sooner rather than later
 
My weight gain pushed me back into a higher weight bracket which is disappointing but I keep telling myself that I CAN do it, I already did it once.
Finding it a bit difficult getting back into it, Its like I'm a newbie all over again and I can't think what to eat and when lol

Not gonna be an easy week as I'm in headless chicken mode. Just over a week til my eldest starts Secondary school and yesterday I blew £100 on School uniforms............ She had better get a good education, an even better job and pay me back !!!........... and before that we have her 11th Birthday on Thursday, we are off to Gulliver's Land in Milton Keynes (never been before) for the day and then having a little family tea party when we get back...........so lots of norty treats to avoid

Once september rolls in I want to get back to my Exercise routine..........Starting Jillian's Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism

I've really let my diary go over the last few weeks, what with my holiday and then coming back to School uniform shopping and my eldest's 11th bday.....Its just been mad mad mad round here

Tomorrow is my weigh in and all week I have been saying 'I'll be happy just to lose the 2lb I gained from my Hols' but this morning the dreaded TOTM arrived a week early so now I don't hold out much hope.........Stupid thing causes nothing but trouble with my weight loss...... Oh well, My daughter starts secondary school on Thursday so I only have a few more days of her at home, so I will probably be a bit AWOL until she's back full time

Starting a new Jillian Michael's DVD called Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism.........its 5 days a week with 2 rest days (Weekends off for me) but My boyfriend (who's a trained fitness instructor has devised a Boxing circuit for me to do then so I can keep at it just in a different way. Gonna do it through out September and see what results I get out of it

Roll on weigh in..............lets see where I stand now

good luck with the jillian michaels dvd, i started the 30 day shred yesterday im going to see if i can manage it all the way through september, you got really good results from it didnt you? im going to zante in october so would love a few inches off :)

I did get great results......18 inches off overall, most of those off my waist and thighs which was great !!! and I've managed to keep them off which is even better
There's a great group on FB (of which I am a member) called 30 day shredders, brilliant support from other women who are doing Jillian DVDs at the same time and we all jolly each other on. I've found it really beneficial for when I feel like giving up.
good luck with it babe....bet you get back day 7 with an incentive like that to look forward too

I lost 3lbs
Thats a great loss, especially as I have had a few norty treats this week and its also my TOTM...........Puts me back in a lower bracket
12 stone 12lbs

I'm really happy with that :D

Want 2lbs off this week and I'm really going to go for it..............It will mark my 3 stone loss.............BRING IT ON

OMG I was.......But running round after two kids has kept me out of the kitchen.......... Food Shopping tomorrow so hopefully more good stuff in my tummy
