Some homemade pizza that my daughter made at play scheme (tomatoes and cheese and gluten free....thats all I know, no idea of syns)

Dinner:
Asda meat free burgers (2) in Wholemeal rolls (tom sauce 1) with SW chips and Mushy peas
Melon
Alpen light (3)

Hea: Cheese
Heb: Wholemeal Rolls

TOTAL 6 I can account for but pretty sure I max'd out my syns with the bit of pizza)
 
Tuesday's Food

Breakfast:
Banana

Lunch:
None....too busy :(

Dinner:
Jacket potato with Cheese and Beans, salad and a Dalepak Vegetable grill (5.5)
Melon
Jazz Apple

Couple of Alpen lights
Cadbury's Light Mousse (3)

Wholemeal roll topped with boiled egg and Baked beans

HEA: Cheese
HEB: Alpen lights/Wholemeal roll

WOW I've just noticed how many Jacket pots I've eaten lately lol................ I'm not addicted or anything, its just I am rushed off my feet at the mo and they are nice and quick.................Need to make different choices before I turn into a potato myself lol

God I didn't think a sub would be that many syns! Good luck with the exercise plan, I've been on my treadmill again this morning before Callum woke up :) x

The bread is 9 syns on its own and then the meat and the mayo............ Well it synned me out lol

Eldest is away for the weekend on a Outdoor retreat for Special Needs Kids.............So its just Me, Him and Baby Caitlin at home............ So we decided to treat ourselves to a chinese Takeaway

So its flexi syn day lol

Chicken chow mein (thats about 7 syns) Boiled rice (free) Mixed veg (free) Pancake roll (4) and chips (only a couple so only about 5 syns)
Now that may not sound bad but I also had 2 sainsbury's Oat and Raisin Cookies (which I have now learnt are about 10 syns EACH !!!)

Why do I always end up pigging out when my TOTM approaches?

Tomorrow is my weigh in and I don't hold out much hope for a loss this week
I've had some terribly norty days
I've eaten takeaways, I've had meals out, I've eaten cookies and even white bread !!!

But you know what.................I enjoyed all the food I had and I realised that my weight loss has been all my own work. I made myself fat and I'm making myself a more slim, trim and hopefully fit mum.............It took a lifetime to get where I was and nothing will change...Just like that............It will take more work and more exercise to achieve my goals

I've been criticised by others this week, saying my Target is too high and I'm not really trying............... I beg to differ, I started at 15 stone 10lbs 5.5 months ago and I've really tried hard to get this right. My target is MY personal choice, a weight I believe I can maintain and one I think I will be happy with. I personally don't believe that anything less than 12 stone will look good on me............ I may change my mind when (not if) I get there but I know I won't be there over night

I had hoped to lose 3 stone by my summer hols........... that's just a week away now so I think this maybe one goal I won't make in time......... So I will look at revising that and coming up with a few more to keep me motivated

I've talked it over with Paul and he thinks I've done brilliantly (he's come to the conclusion that his ideal weight is a lot more than he thought it was, as he's a rugby player any less that 13 stone would make him scrawny on the field lol, so he's just toning up now) and I shouldn't let those (who aren't even trying) talk me into doing more than I need to

So I am sticking with my intial Target of 12 stone...........Ok it will still make me OVERWEIGHT according to my BMI but its a million miles from where I started and I think it's a weight I can maintain without going to extremes and still enjoying life.
 
Its Weigh In Day

Weighed in yesterday but already knew it wouldn't be great (especially as I woke up to find it was my TOTM)

Stepped on the scales and I've stayed the same this week

No Loss, No gain............Maintained

It could have been a lot worse with all those norty treats (I have decided my mother is the devil lol)

So it looks like I have missed my mini goal of reaching 3 stone loss before my holiday (on Saturday)
So I've come up with a couple more mini goals to keep me motivated (and I'll think of a few more)

My target weight is 12 stone (which will be a total loss of 3 stone 10lbs) and I'd like to have lost it by Christmas
I have two holidays arranged before then so I am leaving time for me to gain and Maintain as well as lose weight..............

Going away in 4 days time and I've had to buy new EVERYTHING for this holiday (even knickers and Bras) coz nothing fits....... It could be worse so I won't complain ;)
 
Well done on the maintain Emma, ignore what people are saying to ya, you know how you feel & where you want to get to, they are prob just jealous of how well you are doing :) x

Heb: Wholemeal Roll/Chicken
