Emma's diary- a new start

I had a lovely night last night, although i did have quite a few drinks lol. Havent got a bad head this morning though with is a bonus. I dont normally drink so last night was once in a blue moon really. Most of my family that i dont get to see that often where there so it was lovely to see everyone.

Hey thanks healthy. I must admit the weekend was a bit mad foodwise especially after i pointed it all and saw on Sat i had a bout 2 days worth of points with the drinks added on. But this week has been good, am just plodding along lol. Work is keeping me busy which is good. Although im picking loads in the evening all within my ww points but im not actually hungry so got to work on only eating when im hungry.

Good your keeping positive, we are all going to have ocassions where we want to let our hair down and I'm sure it will balance itself out over the week. It's difficult getting out of the habit of snacking, but you'll get there and so long as your in your allowance it will probably be ok.

Morning. It Friday woo hoo!! Have been exhausted this week. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow (well till 0830 as got to take my some to his club)
Weigh in day tomorrow and i am actually looking forward to it. So hope the scales go down a little. x

Weigh in day and another 2lbs off. Woo hoo am really happy. This is probably the longest i have ever stuck with ww and for some reaon i am finding it a lot easier and haven't really thought about it as its all just come naturally. Maybe its because im actually ready to loose the weight this time. Either way its all good and looking forward to next week lol. x

3lbs gone this week woo hoo. Im really happy about that.

Am off to London Zoo in a bit so i will on later to update my diary and read others as i havent really been on all week as not felt that good. Hope you all have a good day x

Another 2lbs off so thats 13lbs so far. Am really happy with that. I have set myself an end of year target of loosing 4 stone. So 3st 1 to go lol.
Had to see my thyroid specialist last week and blood tests have shown that im borderline diabetic and also have polycystic ovaries and also my thyroid levels arent yet under control. So i have been prescribed metformin for the pcos and having more tests for the thyroid. She also said that although i have lost weigh since i had last seen her, it wont be enough to have an effect (which made me feel a bit deflated) and that she is writing a letter to my doc to refer me for a weightloss operation. I have really wanted an operation for ages but since loosing 13lbs i have proved to myself that i can actually do it. Im next seeing the specialist in Dec so im going to prove her wrong and hopefully loose a few more stone by then. x
