Okay, so the new plan is I will weigh on a Thursday, and weeklies will start from a Thursday too. In the meantime, I will try and keep my points as low as possible
Today:
Milk - 3
B: Usual. - 4
L: 1 ww wrap (3), HM egg mayo (4), pack quavers. Melon and yogurt. - 10
D: Salmon en croute, bns and swede mash, veggies and light salad cream. - 12
POINTS: 29
Not too high, so should be on course to maintain for Thursday
